Excelent location - 5 steps from U-bahn station, in the center of the city.

The staff was good, the owner of the hotel is friendly, helpfull.

The furnitures are quite old, the style of the hotel is quite eclectic.

It is the perfect hotel if you are interested in shopping in Mariahilfer strasse. It is also close to Stephanplaz. The breakfast is rich and staff is very nice.

We stayed there twice: the first time in an appartament not very modern and not so clean as the other rooms and no natural light. The second time we stayed in a room very clean, big and comfortable.It doesn't have parking places but you can have card from reception whith which you can pay 18euro/days( an hour parking without this card costs 3.5euro and 26 euros for 24 hours)

Location is amazing.Hotel was so quite and clean.

The location is purely excellent. I like the lively Mariahilf street, it's 5 minutes walk to the Museum Quartier and the Ring boulevard, and the subway station is literally right in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is simple but tasty, the staff is helpful.

The room was much smaller than I thought. Quite small, really. And the bed was twin instead of double. Not very romantic, if you know what I mean

Located right on the shopping streets of Vienna & near a subway entrance, which is really practical, a quick 15 min walk to the very touristic and historical part of the city, a 10 min walk from the Museums Quartier and from Spittelberg (very cute streets with pretty good restaurants and bars). There is an elevator to get to the hotel, which is located on the 1st floor of the building. The receptionnists speak pretty good English and are pretty helpful. Magazines and books in English and in German are avaiblable in the lobby. Tv with a few channels in English and 1 in French.

We had reserved a 3 to 4 persons bedroom which was too small and uncomfortable. One of the 2 persons bed was an uncomfortable sofabed. Carpets and curtains are dirty in the room as well as in the breakfast room. The weather was really hot at the time of our stay and there was a fan but no air conditionned (the room was like an oven). One could only open 2 small windows to get some air but being on the Mariahilfer Strasse has one big downpoint : it's really noisy ! One cannot sleep with windows opened. There was a strong stale smell in the bathroom, no air evacuation system, the sink and the bathtub were really starting to be obstructed. Breakfast has very limited choice and is of poor quality. Parking is quite expensive even with the hotel discount (18 € instead of the 25 €) but it's Vienna !
