Pension Hotel Mariahilf  

Considero que fue economico y confortable. El desayuno estuvo bien, sin embargo te sirven la porcion que debes consumir. Estacion del metro frente a la puerta del hotel, muy conveniente.

No tenia aire acondicionado, tuvimos que dormir con el ventilador prendido toda la noche y las ventanas abiertas, el ruido puede convertirse en algo molesto

Located right on the shopping streets of Vienna & near a subway entrance, which is really practical, a quick 15 min walk to the very touristic and historical part of the city, a 10 min walk from the Museums Quartier and from Spittelberg (very cute streets with pretty good restaurants and bars). There is an elevator to get to the hotel, which is located on the 1st floor of the building. The receptionnists speak pretty good English and are pretty helpful. Magazines and books in English and in German are avaiblable in the lobby. Tv with a few channels in English and 1 in French.

We had reserved a 3 to 4 persons bedroom which was too small and uncomfortable. One of the 2 persons bed was an uncomfortable sofabed. Carpets and curtains are dirty in the room as well as in the breakfast room. The weather was really hot at the time of our stay and there was a fan but no air conditionned (the room was like an oven). One could only open 2 small windows to get some air but being on the Mariahilfer Strasse has one big downpoint : it's really noisy ! One cannot sleep with windows opened. There was a strong stale smell in the bathroom, no air evacuation system, the sink and the bathtub were really starting to be obstructed. Breakfast has very limited choice and is of poor quality. Parking is quite expensive even with the hotel discount (18 € instead of the 25 €) but it's Vienna !

I recommend this hotel for short distances to museums, all available by walk(to Museums Quartier is about 5 minutes, to khm is about 5-7 minutes walk and to Albertina Museum is about 10-15 minutes). The hotel is located on one of the most important shopping street.

Great location very close to the center on one of the main shopping streets. Very polite staff. Cosy room. We would stay there again.

Not enough juice for breakfast - a bit limited, but sufficient.

At center of city, in the middle of comercial zone.fair value for money, excelent choice for visiting vienna - center and shoping.rooms clean ,clean ! who need 5 stars hotel must payd at least 5 time more money !

Location, frindly staff

It's location was really fantastic.

Location and staff were excellent. My single room and shower cabin, especially, were small, however clean and cosy. Internet access (Wi-Fi) was cheap and of a good quality. Hairdryer was avaliable, it was possible to use an iron (very convenient). Breakfast was good, though always the same.

Location is excellent, 4 Metro lines are close to it so you can get to almost any part of the city. Center - 15 min walking. The hotel located in one of the main shopping streets, where one can buy everything starting from food, clothing etc. Rooms are very clean and quite big. Pillows and blankets also very comfortable. In case you do not find hairdryer - it's not in the bathroom but in the wardrobe :) Personell was also very friendly and helpful. I think for a three star hotel it it very good.

There are not really many minuses. Maybe a little bit poor breakfast (a plate with cheese, butter and salami/ham, you will not find there eggs or cornflaces or porridge), but we got up at 7 a.m. in the morning so a sandwich with ham/cheese and coffe was quite enough, for us it was not a big deal.
