The location of the hotel is excellent. There's an underground station right in front of the hotel and there's a short distance to the city centre and sights. The staff is friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is at a busy shopping street, the street noise to the rooms can be loud. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be a best choise for you. |

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was like an apartment (I stayed with two friends of mine) and the hotel location in a perfect place for the shopping:-) |

The hotel staff was very helpful and nice people. The service and breakfast was very satisfactory. It has a great location. Just in front of subway station and a the bus station 2A. It is close to the city center and located on the main shopping street. It has two major supermarkets nearby. |

I liked the pillows and the dimensions of the room. The view to the street was also very pleasant I blew a fuse for having the laptop and the cellphone plugged into the current. That situation shouldn't happen :( |

Very clean, great location for visiting city of Vienna, very nice and helpful owners/staff. This was a wonderful place to stay. We really liked the rooms, the breakfast and the location upstairs away from the busy traffic. We would stay here again for sure. Street room a bit noisy, but that's city life! |

situated in the heart of Viena this Pension is very clean and the price is low comparing with other similar hotels in the same area. The coverage of Wireless internet is not very good |

1st: Location on Maria Hilfer Strasse, & Ease of access from U-Bahn. U-Bahn station is immediately in front of the Hotel entrance. 2nd: Wireless internet access availability free of charge, within the hotel rooms. |
