Design, reception area, food was good, breakfast was good and the food variated.

In the room bathroom I saw some dirty water drops, the floor was dirty as well. Hope I was unlucky with that room because in rest the hotel is very nice

We liked the whole feel of the hotel, its relaxed but professional atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. We especially enjoyed the bar area and the pool table. The room was immaculate and cleaned thoroughly daily to a high standard. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and will return again.

The only request would be tea making facilities in the room.

The location was excellent, a 10minute walk to the centre of the city. The food was fantastic and great value for money.

The description says that there is a safe in the room but there isn'T. You have to pay for wifi.

Well designed rooms, trendy bar and stuff, modern, clean and neat.

Internet usage must be free of charge, it's 2013!!! Breakfast when not included in the offer is expensive: for 20e at least two people could eat fair breakfast in downtown Vienna

Is perfect for solo travelers, the breakfast is fantastic.

They where not helpfull enough when you asked for any directions.

Decor was nice and room was clean. Good hotel if you are young and on holiday but not really for business.

Noisy at night if over the bar as had loud music blarring in the bar. My colleague also got his room broken into and his Ipad and cash were stolen, there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was €20 euro's each so we went to a local bakers.cafe instead.

- Breakfast more expansive than dinner - Music too loud for business conversations in the lounge - Lack of separate rooms for conducting business, as bedrooms were on the small side - Limited dinner menu (but excellent kitchen!)

No free wifi in the room and in lobby bar it should be payed... Strange for 4 stars hotel...(

Room to the back was extremely quiet, spacious enough and nicely furbished. Convenient location about 5 minutes walking distance to the next subway station.

in this charming bar, you can organize small smoking are, near billiards maybe. glass of vine with cigarette in such nice atmosphere, it is invaluable!

Design and cool atmosphere, good for young generation. Clean room, comfortable beds.

Hotel don't warn you about deposit, and they charge for wi-fi. Loud music comes from the hall that you can listening in your room.

Rooms verry small for a 4 stars hotel. In the morning of our left we had a verry strange attitude from the receptionist. Maybe they should consider changing that person. The others stuff was great, but that women was horrible ! I will not choose this hotel again !
