Very bad pillows too soft.
great staff lovely location great breakfast wonderful bar
The decoration is brilliant, as well as the concept. The beds are really big and good.
The service, the guys in the reception were playing Playstation (FIFA) and had to scream to them for getting a drink. The shower was broken. The location is not so good.
Free TV :)
Great location close to public transportation. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Beds and linen are merely perfect. One of the best I've ever tried.
Free WiFi is too slow. Even if you just want to surf or handle applications the performance is bad.
The lobby and toiletries
Extremely slow wifi The rooms are a bit small
Very cool design. Bed is excellent, location and food at breakfast too.
"Free" internet is 256Kb/s? It is like 10 years ago.... Breakfast seating is pretty chaotic, no one tells you that you can sit wherever in lobby, and since at breakfast area there are limited tables, people are wandering through tables asking for free chair.
This place was great, and fairly cheap for being so close to the center of Vienna. I will definitely come back again!
The free wifi is extremely slow, to the point where it's practically unusable
Some of the staff were very unprofessional and has a very rude attitude .
Huge comfy bed, reasonable location, nice bar, aircon was good. For the price paid (Euro47) good value. Did not try the breakfast.
Wifi worked but sometimes very slow, room only 2.5m or so wide, so felt a bit tight moving around,
Nice design, good breakfast, good location, nice staff
very poor wi-fi. You have free wifi, which can a low you to read news. it reminded me the end of 90s, with very slow internet. For highspeed you have to pay 7 euros for 24 hours. With the parking also quite complicated, good to stay on weekends as it's free to park around the place. In general isn't bad hotel and the location. There is a bit music you hear from ground floor, if you are on first floor. but thats very minor, however can annoy some people =)
Very nice hotel situated close to the center. Very confortable rooms. Very good the fitness area
Location,staff,cleanliness,facillties and WiFi are great!
Great, modern, small room.
Car noise from the street with open windows. Slow or sometimes no internet in the room.
Cool hotel, nice bar area and good location
Wifi was awful (I assume a ploy to try and make me pay for "premium" when it was advertised as free), bed wasn't the comfiest and I couldn't understand why breakfast would cost €11 if I decided I wanted it before going to bed, but €19 if I made that same choice the following morning
Friendly and ready-to-help staff Free in-room wifi
It wa a great location for €70 a night.
The Internet, having to log in each time, but saying this I'm glad you have it.
Staff is not helpful. Air conditioning is not working and wifi signal is poor.
comfort of bed , space of room
no water boiler in room for tea / coffee
The food was good the staff super , helpfull and nice people , I love the design it's super cool and I like the service , big thanks for the staff
The room it's too small and crowded but still I like the hotel
Pleasant and helpful personal, delicious breakfast and unusual design.
When Friends visit me in Vienna i usually book this hotel because its just great. Nice rooms, everything is clean and you have a great bar. The Price is worth it.
The staffs are very nice, but slow so you always have to wait to get drinks or to check out.
The location is pretty good, walking distance (for most people) to Karlplatz and Nashmarkt. A bus station is almost in front of the hotel. The rooms are pretty small, but very comfortable, luminous and clean. The design of the rooms is original, full of color, with a young feeling. No locker in the room, just a nice designed support for the hangers, but my wife appreciated it rather than a locker. We specially appreciated the immaculate bed linens. Very good quality shampoo/ conditioner and soap, very nice presented. Very nice showers (normal + "rain"). Pretty good noise insulation. The staff is young, very polite and helpful. Check in and out very fast and efficient. There is an option for free WiFi (at reduced speed, though), quality of signal in the room very good.
No fridge and safe in the room (or at least in the Economy ones). We really didn't miss them, yet they should be standard for a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is great, but expensive (19 Euros - actually that's the price most of the hotels in Vienna charge for that). We still don't understand why most of the hotels (and that's another one...) save on a door to the shower (that doesn't quite look like a design feature!...): while showering the water is spilled on the floor, in front of the toilet. The underground parking is so cramped, it's really a challenge to park a medium-sized car (we had a rented Opel Zafira and only congratulated ourselves for not coming with our SUV!...). The parking is also pricey (19 Euros a day), but you can harldy find in Vienna cheaper ones (17-24 Euros per day is the average). Actually, if you just plan to visit the historic part of the city, the car is really a burden! Most of the distances can be simply walked, the public transport works like a swiss watch and finding a parking spot during the day is almost impossible (besides being more expensive than hotel's parking). We kept the car in the parking 5 out the 6 days we spent in Vienna!
