The location is absolutely superb. It's in the heart of the city. If you like the classical design, these rooms are just for you. The breakfast is varied. The inside of the hotel is very unusual. It's a challenge to find your room. |

Pension Pertschy is located in a historical building, though all the areas in which we actually spent time (our room, reception, and the breakfast dining room) were renovated with modern decor and finishings, so the only obviously historical part of the hotel was the stairwell, which actually felt a bit dilapidated. Don't let this deter you from staying here, though; it was very nice, and a pretty good deal. The location is just off the huge pedestrian shopping area, just a block or so from the Habsburg's palace, and it's very close to the Stephansplatz metro stop, which makes it a great base with which to explore the city both on foot or by public transportation. The breakfast, which came with the room, was buffet style and good. |

friendliness and efficiency of staff; my small single room was quite large enough and had an armchair as well as desk chair.. I would have liked a little more choice on the form for my early breakfast (6.00 am) |

The location was perfect for touring Old Vienna. The service was the friendliest we experienced on our visit to Germany and Austria. The buffet breakfast was lovely. We needed a triple room and could find very few hotels offering rooms for decent prices. This was great value for the price. |

The location is fantastic!! And the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean. I'd definitely stay there again. It would be nice if the parking fairies would come to Europe, but I don't think that'll happen any time soon. Parking is far away, but the walk is beautiful, so no real complaints here. |

The fact that is in an old building, the area, the cozyness of the room, the decor, the breakfast. It was an odd smell in the room (moth repellent I think), my room shared a little windfang with another room, and one morning the waitress forgot about my tea, nothing serious. |

We were most pleased with our stay at this hotel. Desk staff were always very friendly and helpful, regardless of the hour (we had to check out at 5AM!), You could not ask for a better location. Right in the heart of the Innere Stadt yet off the main streets and very quiet. Will stay definitely stay here again. |

Excellent central location, friendly staff, nice rooms. It was a bit noisy outside in the morning, and the walls are quite thin so you could hear your neighbours. |

The beds were very comfortable - particularly the pillows and blanket. The breakfasts were displayed beautifully and had many choices of cheeses, fruit and breads. The computer was available regularly. |

Beautiful real Vienne-style environment in an old palace, in the hart of Vienna. Friendly and professional people. Also very suitable to stay with young childeren (3 and 5). We had a very pleasant stay. |

The location was superb, just 5mins from Hofburg or St Stephens Cathedral. Room was big, warm and comfortable ,shower room was small but newly refurbished.Breakfast was excellent and reception staff very helpful. Only the curtains and extra bed cover which didn't match the other furnishings!! |

The situation, it is just in the center. It is really kich, so you really need to look over for something else if you are not looking for Sissi style ... The beds were either too hard (and I mean hard!) or too soft. Don't order a taxi there but get one from the street, it will save you a few euros (eg 33 Aiport to Vienna on the street, or 40 if you order at the hotel!) |

Lovely old palace converted into a small hotel...makes an interesting and atmospheric setting. The room was advertised as being the 'small' double but in fact it was quite spacious and very comfortable. The location between the Graben and Michaeler Tor is perfect for strolling around the city centre. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, letting us have a late checkout on the last day. Most of the contents of the minibar seemed to be missing when we checked in - stuff was all over the place. No-one came to replace the items, even after we mentioned it. Hope we dont' get charged for things we didn't have ! There was no room safe, but then, hey, this is Vienna ! |

It was clean,it was nice and we like Wien. we cannot connect to the internet in our room.They explain that,because we stay at the 4th floor in an old building and they cannot resolve the problem. |
