The breakfasts were good & the staff were accomodating in puttting some food in their 'fridge.

The room was a bit stuffy, lack of ventilation with the windows.

The hotel is well located, in a very quiet street, and the staff is attentive and very friendly. The wifi internet is very good.

The hotel decor is quite old fashioned and outdated (really kitsch), the hotel has not a lounge to stay when out of your room and the breakfast is very very poor.

The view out of the window (the wall of another building). So the room was dark. The strange smell in the room (of medicaments).

Location is ideal for city shopping,and is about 500 m from subway with stations at most of the sightseeing spots in the city. Plenty of restaurants in the locality. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Location very convenient for the city centre with free car park. Staff made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard outside. Good breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Would be happy to stay there again on our next visit to Vienna.

Good position,not far from Mariahilfer str.(5 min.walk). Good breakfast included in room rate,although nothing exceptional.Room was clean and warm.Polite staff.

Very hard to adjust water temperature in shower (too hot!).Old building,squeeky floors. Not very important though!

Excellent, relaxing hotel, conveniently located in central Vienna. Very friendly and helpful staff; clean, comfortable, warm room, with a superb ensuite bathroom; fast reliable broadband; very good breakfast; extremely quiet hotel. This will be my regular choice in Vienna from now on! Recommended!

Bed was too soft

Breakfasts were generous. Staff friendly and helpful. Location very convenient.

Room rather small but we I'd not spend much time there.

We choose this location as we wanted to be in walking distance to the train station and not too near the main tourist area so it suited us well. It was a quiet area and we appreciated the local supermarket. The size of the apartment was great and as we were all fit, carrying our bags up to the top floor was not too much of an issue. This would not suit everyone.

We upgraded to an apartment as washing machines were advertised as being in each and we had been travelling for a month and were tired of carrying our laundry to and from laundromats. On arrival we found we had no washing machine, we were told by reception that there was no other facility to wash at the Pharmador and were directed to a local Laundromat. The lady at reception was aware that there was a discrepancy between what was offered on-line and what was actually available in the apartments.

Big family unit, good kitchen, good living room, good location.

Advertised washing machine not in unit. Staff claim this was an erro but we have since seen similar comments. Staff did ensure we could use a machine from another unit
