Good location (not very far from city center: easy to get on foot or by metro). Attentive and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Nice triple room: not big, but cosy. Our room faced to the yard, therefore there was no any street noise. It would be nice to supply a room with electro kettle and more comfortable pillows. Isolation between neighbour rooms is poor: it`s very noisy, if neighbours talk loud or have little children. |

The area is very quiet so no problems resting. They had quite aged furniture and they did not accept visa for payment. |

Pharmador is close to shopping street Maria Hilferstrasse and is quite clean. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The lift and furniture needs to be improved also a bigger variaty for breakfast will be appreciated. |

It was quiet and generally clean although I would have expected the towels to have been changed more ferequently and that was disappointing. |

The hotel was indeed close to Westbahnhoff railway station, as it was mentioned in the website. The personnel had a professional behavior. The room was clean,and it was warm (it was very cold outside). |

The rooms are not similar in terms of cleanliness. The first room I was given had terrible smells and the bathroom looked bad. I requested another room and in the end received a much better one. It's important to know they have a smoking floor. There it was that terrible room. I recomend avoiding it. |
