Very friendly family run cosy hotel with excellent location.The staff are very helpful with tips about restaurants or getting around the City.Parking was no problem but just check availability with them before you go. We had a very pleasant stay and felt very comfortable.

Out of all the accommodation we have stayed in across Europe this was the best by far...large kitchen, bathroom, individual bedrooms all with quality furnishings. Parking on site is secure and free and you are only 4 tram stops (49) from the central ring strasse and all undergrounds. This made our stay on beautiful Vienna even nicer for the family

the wifi only worked in the ground floor but I stayed at 2nd floor.

The receptionist didn't speak english, in 3 days the staff didn't clean the apartment, didn't change the towels

Very helpful staff. A simple tram ride from the centre with the tram stop just around the corner. Very clean rooms and a decent brakfast

both ceiling and bed side light did not work but as I was only there for one night I informed the staff on checking out as it was at 22.45 hours when I found them not working.

Convenient location - walking distance from the central station (10-15min walk), 5-7min walk to the nearest metro station, 5 stops to the centre. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Tasty and varied breakfast.

Tiny room - bed, wardrobe, table, chair and hardly a place left to walk or place your luggage. Old furniture, dirty walls, worn-out carpet, cigarette smell. Cold room, not enough heat. Old facilities in the bathroom, no feeling of cleanness.

Free Parking in the city center, clean linen and new bathroom.

Well positioned, parking available, friendly staff, clean and well equipped rooms, good breakfast.

It's good value for the money we've paid. The apartment was spacious, enough space for the children to play. It was clean and tidy, although some things were overlooked - we've found two broken wine glasses in the kitchen, one of the window shadows was broken, but for us, these were minor things. The staff was very kind, provided all information we needed about the transportation, connections...The location is great, close to the tram and the metro is also nearby. It is actually close to the city center, so one can have a nice walk, as well.

Some essential things were missing in the kitchen - the receptionist explained that they normaly don't provide it, but she gave it to me, anyway - sponge to wash the dishes (there's no dishwasher) and kitchen towel. It's a minor thing, but my experience in renting apartments in other cities, also for short holidays, was that the owner provides that - it's cheap, but you don't expect to go to the supermarket immediatelly to buy those. What I also usually find in the rented apartments, is coffee, sugar and solt. There's no elevator, but for us it wasn't really important.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they willingly helped us to print our boarding passes for our flight the next day. There was very good internet connection through out the hotel.

If I left a towel on the floor (for replacement) it was usually there when I returned, waiting for me to pick it up, likewise the tooth glass just left. It made me wonder how well the room was cleaned but I never saw incident of any uncleanliness. The location was not what I had expected, it was quite a distance from anywhere I wanted to be, station, city centre. There is good public transport but not the most suitable when hauling a suitcase and there was a walk to the stops. Too far out to be able to go back to rest before evening exploration. Otherwise, no complaints. Probanly I would recommend, with the proviso of being rather far out.
