El trato del personal ha ssido muy agradable,esta muy cerca del centro de las calles de las compras y ademas el desayuno esta muy bien.Desde fuera es verdad que la vista en un patio interior no llama la atencion pero es un buen alojamiento |

Friendly staff, well appointed quiet room looking into a courtyard. good breakfast. Whilst the hotel is well placed re tram and central city it is far further than the 500 metres from Westbarnhof stated in the original description. |

Hotel staff very pleasant and the breakfast facilities were very good. Not too far from the main shopping street. Spoke good English too!! No tea/coffee making facility in room. Too hot in the room - could not alter the heating. Whole hotel could do with a makeover but this did not spoil our stay there! |

Hotel was nice and quiet, close to the shopping street. The guy (owner?) in the reseption was very friendly! They even carried my bag from the baggage room to the room while I was shopping. Breakfast was fresh and the breakfast room nice. Bed was good and the view to the "backyard" pretty. Check-in before 22h to get a key to the room and hotel. No 24h reseption. One lady in the reseption did not speak English, but was friendly anyway. |

The location of the hotel was close to the station and public transport and in walking distance to the Museum Complex. The room was comfotable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. It would have been good to have coffee facilities in the room. |

The only thing I liked was location. Walls are made from papir so you can hear everything and everyone. Room was very dark (only 1 poor light) and furniture was old. Pillow was quite thin and bad is small. Bathroom is horor: dark panels, bad light, no ceiling, small and scantily. Awfully :( Romm did not have line phone so i had to use hotells mobile phone!! |

Very friendly staff, excellent location, great breakfast. Room big enough (triple), nice bathroom Installing ac is absolutely necessary since it gets very hot in the room. When windows are open it might be noisy. V. thin walls between the rooms-you can easily hear the neighboors. the furniture is really ancient (like, 70s)-looks very tatty. having a mini-fridge, a kettle and a safe in the room would have been nice |

Great place to spend a Wien vacation! Staff is pleasant and always available! The private parking is nice and it is free! (no need to take care of the car). They renovated most of the pension and it looks really great! Staff treats you like a king! I liked it that they have wireless free internet too. Also, the meal in the morning was perfect, they always bring new things if the old ones are empty. They have good minibar inside room and they come clean it once 2 days. Perfect location - 100 meters to main street (maria hilfe strase) There is nothing I disliked in particular, except: in the bathroom the ventilation had a funny sensor like for humidity, and it never run when we used to go use it (bad smells). Pillows were too soft (did not use them else suffocation). |
