Only a 10-minute tram ride from the Ringstraße boulevard, the Hofburg Palace and the Westbahnhof Train Station, the family-run Hotel Kaffeemühle offers free Wi-Fi access.
Score from 2516 reviews Good
The Motel One is a modern hotel in Vienna’s Westbahnhof transport hub and shopping complex, a 10-minute subway ride from the center of the city.
Score from 4824 reviews Excellent
This modern 4-star hotel is centrally on Vienna’s premier shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße. All room rates include a public transportation ticket for the duration of the stay.
Score from 994 reviews Very good
The non-smoking 4-star Leonardo Hotel Vienna is just 325 ft from the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street and a quarter mile from the Westbahnhof transportation hub.
Score from 3235 reviews Very good
The WIFI is great, stable and available for free in the room (and this is true, while in some other hotels they only say so but it's not). The bathroom was renovated and very clean. The room was warm, the window can open, it was quiet. There are the basic supplies that you would expect in a 3-star hotel room: toiletries, hair dryer, TV, wardrobe, towels, hangers. No restaurant or coffee bar in house, but there is breakfast included in the price - basic but good. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful, awesome staff. There is a well lit main street, supermarket nearby and the area seems okay. I was not afraid to walk down the street at night. Tramway and subway stations are close, also the shopping street is very close. If they have lower prices again, I will stay at the same hotel again.
No problems, it is a great hotel and would definitely use it again. Some feedback for improvements: the coffee in the breakfast is not good. The furniture and walls in the room are a little worn out, maybe old (but don't worry, they are very clean). There was no "do not disturb" sign for the door and no additional latch on the inside.
Located 5min from the Bahnhof and close to bus and UBahn lines. Also Viator tours and Hop on Hop off buses take off across from the Bahnhoff. A 5-10 minute walk from the Altstadt, lots of eating choices, department store etc. Many choices in the underground passage going to the Altstadt - at Karlsplatz.room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was awesome-great way to start the day. Staff very helpful and spoke English and tolerated my German. We'd stay here again without a second thought.
Usual complaint - small room - small bathroom but really, in the overall picture, these were minor.
The location is excellent, close to the Stadthalle. We were happy to have safe parking. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean providing soaps, tissues and plenty of towels. Nice breakfast! WIFI in the room was excellent.
Rooms have to be refurnished. Didn't like the carpet decorations on the wall.
perfect location only few minutes by walk from the main shopping street, good breakfast, helpful staff, private parking, fast wifi and great value of money, we will definitely come back to Pharmador!
The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with opening windows. There is a lift. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
The pillows were too soft and flat. The small double room is very small - one side of the bed is next to the wall so you have to climb over the bed to get into it. No toaster at breakfast.
very kind staffs and the room that we stay is clean and big enough to stay. breakfast is ok. above all, free parking is excellent.
a bit far from center of wien but it dosen't really matter there is a public transfortation near by the hotel.
Good location and extremely helpful staff.Diffi
Difficult to pinpoint anything that would spoil a break at the Pharmador . This was my third visit.
Very pleasant staff. Breakfast excellent. Close to main shopping streets and an easy walk to the museum quarter. Excellent public transit nearby.
It was a quiet nice place. I would like to stay there again.
Very reasonable price for the room. The stuff, Nadia, was very accommodating and helpful.
Not too close to subway station. Takes about 7 to 10 minutes walk from the closest subway station to the hotel. Though the tram #49 route is closer.
The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and we enjoyed the location - a good place to wander and easy to get to the main sights via metro or walking. Breakfast was varied and good quality.
Convenient for transport Good breakfast
Old furniture, little space in the room
everything is superb
Very helpful staff, parking, good value, good breakfast, good location.
No view from room. Shower would flood the bathroom when used. Small TV oddly placed in the room.
Room was wonderful, location great
Disabled traveler whith us, said they had lift but the room they gave us was up 70 stairs ! Even though Booking.com arranged lift access to our room. A very difficult time was had by my disabled husband. Won't stay again.
Good internet, friendly staff, simple but good breakfast, room was in good shape, no problems at all.
Good beds, good shower, good breakfast, and ease of access to transport at Westbahnhof station and city transport.
The small double room was a bit small and the next size room would have been better.
staff very very nice.
Did not tike the location as it was dark on that street and if not with three others would not have stayed. The pictures were misleading. The breakfast was super.
The room and bathroom were good and the staff was helpful.
The breakfast was adequate but too repetitive.
quiet neighborhood; good breakfast; nice bathroom; good size room; easy tram connections to old town
no AC in room; elevator is up some stairs from lobby which is up some stairs from front door
This city Bed and Breakfast is a good, basic and reasonably priced accommodation in Vienna near easy transportation. The on-line registration process was easy and fast. Check-in was satisfactory. The main draw for this B&B is free parking. You must ask for it to reserve it because of limited space. A small elevator helps with baggage movement. The room and bathroom was clean and good sized. The breakfast area and items were superlative. Early breakfast time a plus (0700-1000). The ubahn (subway) is only a 10 minute walk. Use it. It is good. No in-house restaurant but good restaurant’s nearby. If in Vienna, we would stay here again.
No signage to the place except the outside sign. Bathroom lacked standard amenities you would find in an American hotel. I would bring my own facecloth, soap and shampoo. No A/C which could have been a problem if hot. Not an issue in September.
Helpful, efficient, well managed staff. Clean facilities. Reasonable value for money, adequate breakfast. Location close to city center (about 30 min. walk).
Parking is cramped and one has to relinquish car-keys to the reception overnight. While the room is of reasonable size, the decore is very basic and somewhat depressing.
Smoking area is in front of the entrance. Perhaps a small ramp could be build on the entrance step to ease the use of suitcases and prams.
