Friendly staff Located in a nice district Low price
Shabby rooms with old and dark furnitures Noisy (at least if your room is close to the laundry room) Bedlinen and curtains smelled smoke
The staff here were very friendly and helpful.
Location is good, easily to get anywhere. Staffs are great and friendly. The area is not too noisy at night.
The rules of shared bathroom should be more clear, it was very confusing that a guy asked me if I finished using lady's bathroom; also it was not very clean, for example: used condoms and beer cans in bathroom.
My room was a little bit creepy, old furniture, uncomfortable pillow and bed. You only have 20 minutes of free wifi and the signal is very bad, you have to go to a room downstairs. It was expensive for what it is.
Location and the staff were nice
Dirty rooms, shower stalls were gross, wifi wasn't included, only one communal computer. I stayed one night of 5 I was supposed to stay. Not worth it.
clean, safe area. centrally located even for walking . good ambience, friendly staff. good local pubs try café lassa. excellent spot. drinks and coffee service decent price. . didn't have breakfast
not much. shared showers but that's what you pay for.
Friendly staff, who were helpful, lend me an umbrella when needed and carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The location is walking distance out of the old city and accessible by tram.
excellent location, amazing staff, clean
The reception staff were very friendly, I had a lot of questions and they prove to be very patient and helpful. Also, great location, close to the historical center.
Very thin walls, you could hear anything from the hallway.
Excellent front desk staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Although they seemed to have had trouble with my room (they seem to have given it another guest), I was given free wifi for 24 hours to compensate for the extra 15 minutes I waited for them to sort things out and find me another room. Although I didn't get my ID back during check out (they only asked for it because I didn't have the initial cash to pay for the entire stay) I emailed them immediately and they quickly mailed it back to me.
No one cleaned my room during the entire week, my trash was only cleared once on the 2nd day. The private shower closest to me didn't have hot water. The walls are thin and my room was near the kitchen. If I didn't bring earplugs, I would not have been able to sleep. Only one public computer for internet for the entire 4 floors if you didn't want to pay for wifi. No elevators, which could be a problem if you have a room, like I did, on the 4th floor.
The location is great, very close to the centre and public transport. It's very cheap.
No towels, shower room is a communal affair, so you can see all your fellow travellers of the same sex naked. No lift.
Staff there are really good, though it is only the one advantage of the hotel, and maybe it's destination.
That's was awful! I lived in a private room with shared bathroom. It's not a hotel! It's a hostel! I didn't have even a soap to wash myself! I didn't have a hot water for three nights! They didn't give me a towel! They don't know that there should be a shower gel! Everywhere is dirty. I strictly don t recommend to go there!
the location was nice, near tram and u-bahn stations, I had a garden view and the garden was nice too with some places to sit.
the shared bathroom was small ,dirty and always out of soap. it was shared between maybe more than 8 rooms or so. it felt like going out in street to public wc. there is no free wifi you need to pay based on how long you want to use it and I could not connect to it anyways. the worse thing was that when someone opened water in upper levels, i could hear the water running in the pipes like a load sound all of the sudden.
Closs to the centre.Good personal. Beatiful garden in the hotel
Not very clean shower.
Price, location, cleanliness
Not much at this price... Breakfast wasn't worth it.
not expensive, friendly staff, good location.
shared common bathroom (many showers in a single room). Old furniture in the room.
Good location. Very easy access to public transports
Share shower not so clean
no elevator no free wifi no towels toilets in different floor
Excellent location, pleasant staff, free internet access
people often stay in garden outside till late night and talk loudly doors to toilets on corridors close very loudly, may wake you up no free wifi (1e/h)
Having to pay for internet. Rude policy
Have to pay for wifi
- Location in the center of the city - Staff
- Having a towel would be great. But for a hostel it is optional, so consider yourself if it's a minus. - Breakfast could be more diverse. Missed hot milk and the conventional fruit-mixes, but it seems breakfast is not very popular among the guests. On the plus side - water with some very faint juice was very good for 31°С - Bad sound-protection in the rooms. You hear everything what happens in the corridor and the neighbor rooms - Wifi is not free.
No free wifi, only 30min free wifi for guests
They do not acepte cards and internet is not free
