A room with a waterbed and a stunning view over the lake and the mountains!! Were in this hotel the second time and come back again!! Комната с водяным матрасом и потрясающим видом на озеро с горами!!!! Были в этом отеле второй раз и вернемся снова!!!! There were many problems with tables in the restaurant. The restaurant was empty seats that we requested, but we were not given them. They said that the seats near the window should be reserved for one week (but this is not true), lazy waiters and did not want to lay the table again after the guests and give them to us. Постоянно возникали проблемы с местами в ресторане. При наличии пустых столов и наших просьб дать нам стол возле окна, официанты нам отказывали и не давали освободившиеся места (просто ленились их снова сервировать), сказали, что столы нужно резервировать за неделю ( но это не правда).

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Von allen Mitarbeitern in den verschiedenen Bereichen überaus kundenfreundlich betreut. In den Wellnessbereichen sind sehr gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter und beraten auch entsprechend. Es wird viel zur Unterhaltungsabwechslung geboten. Viele unserer Freunden und Bekannten kennen dieses Hotel und sind genau so begeistert wie wir. Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel Post in Pertisau am Achensee.

camera spatioasa, bucatarie buna, servicii de calitate, intim... Lipsa garaj, spatii parcare insuficiente. Pretul practicat de booking.com a fost mai mare decat pretul afisat la receptia hotelului !!!

Fantastiskt område med underbar natur. Frihetskänsla med lugn och ro. Många alternativa utflyktsmål. Utsikten från hotelrummet - wow. Väldigt god mat. Trevlig personal. Vår femte gång på detta hotell. Kommer att bli många fler, hoppas vi. Hotellet tog inte American Express trots att detta stod på bokningen.

üBertrifft die Erwartungen. Sehr sauber und sehr freundlich. Schöner Entspannungsbereich. Auch die "Normalen" Zimmer sehr geräumig. War eine Bereicherung und sieht uns sicher wieder.

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Zimmergröße auch. Ich habe das Personal nicht als besonders freundlich empfunden, auch die vorgegebene Sitzverteilung beim Frühstück empfand ich sehr unangenehm. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war auch nicht zufriedenstellend und speziell im Bad wäre eine Renovierung angesagt, da die Armaturen komplett veraltet und verkalkt sind, mal ganz abgesehen von schimmligen Silikonfugen und schmutzigen Ecken.

Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr gut. Die Liegeplätze am Freibad sind nicht ausreichend. Der Blick zum Se aus dem Speisesaal ist durch parkende Autos nicht möglich.

Am besten hat uns das hallen und beheizte freibad gefallen . das frühstück war auch klasse. Gefallen hat mir nicht ,dassd gäste die halb oder vollpension hatten einen reservierten tisch hatten.

Locatie superba, centru Spa curat si bine intretinut, personalul hotelului foarte amabil. Camere spatioase, foarte calduroase, o parte din ele renovate sau nou construite. Mancarea gustoasa si suficienta. Un loc in care merita sa te intorci! Serviciul de curatenie al camerei a lasat de dorit. In afara de aranjat plapuma si schimbat prosoapele in baie, aproape ca nu stii ca a intrat camerista. Paharele lasate pe masa nespalate, nu aranjeaza nici macar doua carti una peste alta.... Am inteles ca in alte camere a fost mai bine.
