The location was perfect. The bus to Salzburg stops right in front of the hotel. The family room was spacious for our family of 5 and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very nice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would certainly stay again. |

Great staff, great breakfast included, excellent value for money. Ok location, but transport options available to get closer to town (bus, bike, walk (15 mins), etc). Will stay again! |

The facility was very nice. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. They recommended a restaurant, showed us where it was on the map and made reservations for us. The breakfast room and food they served were very nice. No TV in English. |

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a 2 room apartment which is located in beautiful newly renovated villa. I recommend this hotel. |

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, there was a good buffet breakfast which they allowed us to arrive early for as we had an early flight. On arrival our room was a smoking room (we requested non-smoking) we asked to be moved, which they were able to accomodate. Our new room was very modern and was a good standard of accomodation. Poor parking arrangements. Room was in a seperate building on the top floor. Felt isolated and the lights outside the room were on a timer and so it was constantly dark, very unsettling and wouldn't like to stay there by myself. Towels in the room past their best. No drink making facilities in the room. |

Pet friendly, direct route to walk into the city centre (approx 20 mins), friendly/helpful staff. Minor points - would of been nice to have somewhere to hang up wet bath towels in the bathroom and some coat hooks in the the bedroom. |

We only stayed for one night on our way to Kaprun near Zell am See. We had the family appartment which was very spacious. There was no option for an evening meal, but we walked into Salzburg to eat (about a 20 minute walk), which was very pleasant on a nice evening. The hotel is on a fairly busy road, and with the windows open at night for ventilation, the traffic noise did tend to disturb us. |

Friendly staff in friendly city! Breakfast buffet was very good. Although a beverages machine is available (even with Stiegl Beer!!), which is very nice, there are no glasses available in the rooms. Must admit, we did not asked for a glass... |

It was clean and nice and I felt like at home. All staff people were friendly, speeking in several languages, helpful in every queation like booking tours, asking weather forcast, maps, places to visit, taxi booking and so on and so on. I had really no problems and no questions without answer! It was really ok. |

The breakfast was wonderfull. It is quite far away from the city center. No buses after 11 pm. We had to walk to the hotel which takes about 20-25 min. The room was old fashioned. No modern furnitures or plasma tv as stated in the website. |
