Majoitusta 3 henkilölle etsivä voi valita joko päärakennuksen kolmivuoteisen huoneen tai Haus Renatessa sijaitsevan, 2 toisiinsa oven kautta yhteydessä huonetta ja kylpyhuoneen käsittävän huoneiston.
Hotellin tunnettu, perheenomainen vieraanvaraisuus on entisellään, mutta nyt vieraat pääsevät tutustumaan myös uudenlaiseen, tiukatkin odotukset täyttävään sisustukseen. Mukavuuden takamiseksi hotellissa ei tarvita enää perinteisiä avaimia, vaan ovet avautuvat avainkortin kosketuksesta. Kulku helpottuu entisestään käyttämällä Swatch Access -kelloa, joita on myös saatavilla hotellista.

The hotel is located conveniently between the airport and the old city.There is a bus stop right in front.The neighbourhood is quiet and clean.We stayed in a family room in an annex building,and although it was the peak summer holiday season,we hardly met any other guest,almost like we had the whole building to ourselves.The room is spacious and the ensuite bathroom bright,airy and clean.Being summer and without air-conditioning,the heat the room is expected during the day time,but bearable.There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room,but you may request hot water from the front desk.Daily breakfast was sumptous with a wide variety of breads,fruits and drinks.The reception provides city map and sells bus tickets. |

The hotel is in a good location, far enough from the city centre to be quiet and relaxed but close enough for easy access. The staff are very friendly and immensely helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room was quite large. The bathroom was huge and had a wonderful tub There was no airconditioning and our room was on the top floor, so it was quite hot. |

This is a very pleasant hotel located within a 5 minute bus ride of the centre, and a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport. Bus stop is only 50 metres from hotel and runs efficiently every 10 minutes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. |

The location was perfect. The bus to Salzburg stops right in front of the hotel. The family room was spacious for our family of 5 and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very nice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would certainly stay again. |

The facility was very nice. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. They recommended a restaurant, showed us where it was on the map and made reservations for us. The breakfast room and food they served were very nice. No TV in English. |

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, there was a good buffet breakfast which they allowed us to arrive early for as we had an early flight. On arrival our room was a smoking room (we requested non-smoking) we asked to be moved, which they were able to accomodate. Our new room was very modern and was a good standard of accomodation. Poor parking arrangements. Room was in a seperate building on the top floor. Felt isolated and the lights outside the room were on a timer and so it was constantly dark, very unsettling and wouldn't like to stay there by myself. Towels in the room past their best. No drink making facilities in the room. |
