Breakfast was amazing! Organic options, fresh sliced cucumbers and tomatoes and peppers. Cheese tray, rolls, crescents, spreads, jelly, yogurt, cold cereal, granola, hot scrambled eggs, bacon, ham. Delicious coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They even went the extra mile and offered our four children (ages 12, 10, 5, 3) special children's tea cups and plates. My youngest two loved this! We made 3 spills during breakfast and the staff kindly cleaned everything up for us. Location was about a 3-5 minute walk (we have small children, probably shorter for adults only) from the bus stop. Beds were okay. Shower had low water pressure and hot water only last about 20 minutes, so we had to stagger our showers/baths. Everything was VERY clean but beds, carpet and furniture in the rooms were old/shabby. Friendly, helpful staff was eager to answer all our questions and help us find our tour bus stops, etc… Free parking. Quiet. About a 30 minute walk to the city district. Or, 10-15 min bus ride. We would go back.
Not a big deal for us but the hot water only lasted 20 minutes (6 people in our rooms). Water pressure low. MINOR dislikes though!!! Overall, good value for the money we paid for 6 people.
Nice new apartments with lots of space. Very good restaurant recommended.
Breakfast room is too small when hotel is full. Road is extremely busy, even early in the morning. Apartments are in a separate building a bit further along the busy road. After a first bad night sleep, we were offered no alternative at all. Not a very nice location to stay.
The rooms are modern and recently renovated. Everything is sparkling new and very clean. We got the 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge - excellent choice for a family. Breakfast was also very good as well.
Parking was plentiful and handy. English speaking front desk help was wonderful, providing maps and advice. Breakfast was the best we had in Europe. Family room was very nice. Good value for the short notice
The staff all were friendly and helpful , the variety of breakfast and atmosphere .
The bedings were not ready when we reached ,room telephone was not working, reported but not fixed during my 4 days stay.
Great location, very close to the center, free parking, very friendly and helpful staff, very convenient small appartment, and the highlight, excellent breakfast
-Excellent room for people in wheelchairs - very large, roll-in shower with bath chair provided. -Attractive, clean rooms. -Many plug-ins to charge devices. -Excellent breakfast as part of room cost.
The hotel was clean, the room was big, and the breakfast was great.
The room was very outdated and the location was quite far, not walkable to the center.
like a house
Hotel is nearby the bus stop. If you visit by car, it's a good location because Hotel has car parking.
I lost a brush to wash my body.
Bus stop near hotel.easy acces to salrburg centre.good parking place.
A bit higher traffic during night-but tolerable
Good location, tasty breakfast, clean room!
I was looking for a budget hotel for a one night stay after having spent some days in the Wagrain region in a wonderful hotel (and having splurged quite a bit!). Hotel is OK for one night but would not stay for longer.
Terribly overpriced. We booked a "triple" room and charged extra for an extra bed. In reality room had 3 beds and a sofa bed as part of the furniture, so why charge us extra? A chap who came as a walk in got a much cheaper price. Staff very unprofessional and untrained. Probably they are friends or relatives of owners but give a negative image to how hotel is run. Rooms need a good refurbishing.
Close to city centre and airport. Good sized family rooms.
Location The bus station oposite the hotel Parking space at the hotel large room, we've stayed at Superior room large bathroom Breakfast
Aircondition missing Lift missing Dirty wall in the room I called the hotel and informed, that we will be 3 persons (2 adults and our 4.y.o. daughter) coming, but the room was prepared just for 2 (however they solved this situation the second day as I ask at the reception for the 3rd pillow etc.)
Location was fantastic - easy to hop on bus into Old Town or a 20 minute walk but the bus was inexpensive and convenient. Very helpful staff and good breakfast. Family room was a good size.
Another fan in the room would have been good as the family room had beds on different areas of the room and it was warm on the top floor in July. A very minor complaint, and we did not actually ask for an additional fan!
Location, access to public transportation (bus stops directly in front), size and cleanliness of rooms, helpfulness of front desk, and breakfast.
No air conditioning (not really unusual in Europe). Wish they had shown us how to fully open windows. No elevator (not a problem for me, but it knew before I got there and packed accordingly)
Great service, breakfast. Overall, nice boutique hotel.
A bit outside of the city but nice neighborhood.
Location, ambiance and breakfast
Excellent location for access to the city by public transport. A first rate hotel which provided my wife and me with exactly what we wanted; would not hesitate to use it again and would very much recommend it to visitors to Salzburg. Rupert
Friendly and nice staff. Ready to help always. We speak only english and the staff made extra efforts to speak to us by translating words. Also, they organised for a seperate heater for our room. That was really nice!!
The breakfast options can be more. We were a bit late for breakfast on the 1st day and the eggs were over...The lady did make a separate scrambled egg for us, but it was a bit late...but otherwise...nice!
Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy car parking. Clean rooms.
Good location, convienient for airport and access to the Old City area. Opposite Bus Stop for service 1 into the city. Noticed no aircraft noise though only a 5 min drive to the airport. Very good buffet breakfast with a good choice of items. The disabled rooms are well adapted for a disabled person travelling with a companion. The staff were friendly and addressed any issues that we had.
We had added notes to our booking requesting one of the disabled access rooms. This had not been noted and we were initally allocated an upstairs room (there is no lift in the hotel). This was corrected and we were then given one of the disabled adapted rooms. This required cleaning as there was dust in some areas of the room. This was done quickly once brought to the hotel's attention.
The room was wider than our expectation, and was very comfortable. Breakfast was also better than we expected from the price. The restaurant they recommended was very "local", but offered us good food for inexpensive cost.
A little remote from the historic center of the city. But you can reach there either by bus or car easily. Thinking about the cost, staying there would be a good option.
The Hotel was not bad but was far from the city center (if that matters to you). It was close to the bus stop so that was convenient. The Breakfast was very good and the staff very nice.
The WiFi signal was not that good and Hotel was alittle far from city center.
