Beautiful gardens, lovely pool, very friendly owner. Good breakfast. The no. 53 bus from the train station takes you straight to the door.

Not very eco friendly, changed towels every day. But there are worse things not to like.

The hostess is a very friendly and welcoming woman, she helped us out with every request. The food selection for breakfast is very good for a private guest house. Really enjoyed the swimming pool!

The hotel's location is in the middle of a residential area with no cafes or restaurants within a walking distance. Can be a bit of a problem if you are traveling without a car.

+ Good price and rather well situated; public transport into the city is fine, just on weekends it can be a bit tricky and complicated to get back using them after 20:00. + Friendly employees.

    - Bathroom window on the groundfloor had clear windows, also the venetian blinds for them were defect, we had to hang towels there to block the view when we were showering. - Can be there aren't enough parking spaces and you are blocked by other hotel guests which you then have to find if you want to leave. - Breakfast could offer more variety, was rather limited. - If you have a room facing the road, it can be a bit noisy in the night.
