This traditional, family-run hotel is located on the lakeshore promenade of St. Kanzian and offers direct access to Lake Klopein, Austria's warmest swimming lake. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, das Bad war 1 qm groß inkl. Wc !! Wenn man am Abend unterwegs ist, sollte man unbedingt vorab probieren ob der Zimmerschlüssel zur Eingangstüre passt, sonst steht man am Abend vor verschlossenem Hotel und kommt nicht mehr hinein. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin war sehr nachlässig U. hat uns keinen Eingangschlüssel gegeben, wir sind um 23,00 Uhr bei Regen vor verschlossener Hoteltür gestanden und nicht mehr hineingekommen. Ganz toll!!!!!!!!!!

Lage direkt an der nagelneuen Flanierpromenade, nur ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum mit Restaurants, Pizzeria, Gelaterien, Kinder-Vergnügungsplatz, großzügiges Hotel-Strandbad. Freundliches Personal. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Anlage ist aber sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Super Lage, direkt am See und nicht weit ins Zentrum. Eingangs- und Essensbereich sehr schön. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Genug Liegen und Schirme für alle Hotelgäste. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten an der Promenade. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr veraltet. Das Badezimmer winzig klein. Badewanne mit Duschkopf, allerdings ohne Duschvorhang oder Spritzwasserschutz. Das ganze Zimmer stand unter Wasser nach einer Dusche. Kein Safe im Zimmer. Fassade und Balkone renovierungsbedürftig. Auch das Stiegenhaus hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Bezüglich Zimmer kein 4-Sterne-Niveau.

Zimmer mit Seeblick, gute Lage Frühstück: im Hotel waren alle Tische reserviert, D.H. man musste sich auf die Terrasse setzen, Mitarbeiter ließen sich draußen kaum blicken, wenige Schirme waren vorhanden (manche mussten in der Sonne sitzen), teilweise musste man sich den Tisch selbst abräumen, beim Buffet fehlte ständig etwas (Z.B. war der Krug mit Wasser ständig leer), Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr umsichtig

Die ausgesprochen freundlichen Mitarbeiter z. B. an der Rezeption. Die besondere schöne Lage des Hotels direkt am See. Die Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick auf den See.

Die nähe am See, Abendveranstaltungen Der Oberkellner ist nicht organisiert. Die jungen Kellner sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber eben noch unerfahren. Der Steg und die Liegen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt.
