1. Room design seemd nice. 2. The location was very central 3. The staff was very helpful and polite. 1. Corridors smelt of food all the time. 2. For 325 EUR/night facilities were poor. 3. There was a good variety of food for breakfast but the quality of the food was poor. |

lack of a/c, poor lighting, when complained it took 2 days to resolve lighting issue, a/c was never fixed. We had booked a tour for 7:15pm, told to show up early, we showed up at 7:10pm and were told we need to be there 30 minutes early - we therefore missed the tour. Radisson gave me a very poor impression of Vienna. |

location the hotel was just like 3 stars hotel . the room and breakfast room was full of mosquitoes and housefly. the breakfast was very very very poor that was really far from 5 star hotel's breakfast.the bathroom was very small.the price with these poor quality didnot worth the high price I paid .I never go there again. and recommand to every one not to go. |

Location was perfect, considering that one U-Station was 200m ...and just behind the hotel there was a very nice & delicious Italian restaurant....Air conditioning was working well as it was pretty warm and high humidity in July. The refrigerator was not working too good.... |

The location is almost perfect - the hotel is next to the Stadtpark and just a hudred meters from city center. Although I might be mistaken - it seemed to me that the hotel is mostly oriented on Arab and Muslim turists. Free minibar is a huge plus! The room (single) was not quite clean and really small. |

Comfortable beds, really helpful staff, clean rooms, delicious dinner, wide choice at breakfast buffet, position of the hotel (close to the city centre and nice park just oppostie the hotel), also air-conditioning was pleasant and I appreciate that it worked properly and I could set it myself (my husband works with air-conditionig so I can judge it) This is not a complaint - but in this kind of hotels there is usually possible to eat in different restaurants at the same time - but in the evening we could eat in the only one - or we could have room service - the food in the restarurant was really delicious and we enjoyed it but we did not stay in the hotel for a longer time - but if we had done - we would have definitely preferred to eat in different types of restaurant./ Also we needed to use the internet but there was only one computer and it was engaged for a longer time so we could not use it. |

I was badly treated when arrived to the hotel & despite booking 2 nights they said booking was not to include breakfast & I was charged 50 euro for 2 breakfasts Surely I will not choose this hotel for the next trip to Vienna |

On our arrival/ check-in we were met with such a warm welcome and we were offered a glass of water or sekt which was a nice gesture. Our rooms were spacious and clean with a free mini-bar available each day. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and restaurant bookings and we also really enjoyed listening to the pianist in the lobby who was playing on both evenings over the weekend. We all would certainly recommend this hotel |
