Friendly front of house staff. Complementary mini-bar. Good central location in Vienna. Large sized in room safe. (For laptops).

Close proximity to Stadtpark and the shopping on Kaerntnerstrasse. Beautifully decorated with friendly service and great facilities. Will stay every time we're in Vienna!

I don't know why the hotel got so much middle grades but it was ok for me.

The price for the private parking is too much!

I loved the room and thought it was great value for the money. The breakfasts were fabulous.

Great location, easy access to the tourist sites and good restaurants nearby. Free mini-bar but very limited selection of drinks. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms.

The room and bed was very small, more like an NY hotel. Probably not worth the money unless you get a good deal.

The staff was great and made sure I was picked up from the airport. I had a flight cancelation and they went out of there way to try to make things right.

Do to a canceled flight they would not honor my previous reservation and I had to pay for the room twice.

We received a free upgrade from a club room which was excellent and great value. Nespresso machine was also a special treat and little bar in the hotel very cosy. Good location.

Our rooms were not cleaned on two days, we had the "Do not disturb" sign up until 3 pm, one of the days we specifically asked for the room to be cleaned and our request was ignored

Perfect locftion - all sightsenns nearby, all kind o transport is by hotel. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms but because we were lucky. Free mini bar! Twin room was spacious!!!

We booked twin, smoking room, but on arrive got non-smoking double. The staf could change it only into twin but non smoking on the last floor. So we had to go down every time to smoke.

Location was superb. The hotel charming. We loved our time in Vienna.

No parking spot. For a 5* hotel I was especting to have a free parking spot, or at least at a decent price. 43 euro/night is not my ideea of decent price. And for those who don't know - parking in Vienna it is a nightmare. Small room for a 5* hotel. I've had better at Hollyday Inn Frankfurt, or even Golden Tulip in Bucharest (wich is a 4* hotel)

Location - on edge of town, but within easy walking distance of town centre. Very handy for Vienna's excellent tram network - passes the front door! Breakfast - excellent range on the buffet bar, both cooked and cold. Also, provided gluten-free bread on request.

The location is really good - the hotel is situated in a quite area of the city center, just in front of the state park.

It's old! The furniture in the rooms is old, the air conditioning system is obsolete. The staff was not so friendly and efficient. We made a reservation for a queen size bed (3 weeks before) but we got a room with twin beds. They promised us to change it the next day but my husband and I never got the good room.. The staff was not helpful at the beggining, just the customer relations service was trying to help but they never managed..

This hotel is what you can expect from a 5-star hotel in a major European town.

Actually there was nothing that I did not like.

We had a fantastic time in Vienna and the hotel was great. Very friendly, accommodating staff. The room was very comfortable and the location suited us very well. Would definitely stay again.

Rating this hotel as a 5-star hotel is a stretch. This is at most a very nice 4 star hotel. Don't expect anything more than that.

The inconsistency of the information given by thifferent receptionists. Also while booking, I still don't understand how I booked a smoking room even though I never smoke? We had to stay in a smoking room for the first night. Thank god they could've changed the room the second day.
