The location of the hotel is perfect. Right across the hotel there is a beautiful park to walk and to hang out. The hotel is also very close to the city centre. the minibar is free and has different kinds of nice drinks. The single room is on the top floor where the windows are very small because of the roof system. Single rooms are very small. |

The hotel is located in a charming old building in a great location in Vienna (5 mins walk from Stephansdom and Kaerntner street). The interior of the bulding is great. The size of the room was below average, but still ok for a 1 night stay. Breakfast is very expensive. |

A great location, very elegant hotel with friendly staff. Free use of the internet terminal was a pleasant bonus. Room was a bit smaller than expected and we would´ve liked a pool. |

Very welcoming staff, friendly upon entry. The room was rather small. I did not realize when booking that this would be what I was getting. A little disappointed. |

Being in the Inner Stadt, the hotel was close to all the sites that Vienna has to offer. Its location is also ideal to other modes of transportation, the subway and city tours via busses or the Ring City Tram. I had problems understanding the timing of when the room was to be cleaned and a couple of times had to remind them of the need. Since I arrived by car, I had to park in the city Parking garage which amounted to 40 euros/day. |

location Staff unhelpful and unfriendly ( reception and waiting staff ), sun terrace appalling - small, dirty, littered with cigarette ends and next to generators, breakfast expensive and poor quality, side entrance closed at 2300 despite notice saying 0100 causing you to walk in heavy rain |

It is a very convenient place, the personnel very willing, kind and helpful, the mattress very comfortable, the room small but cosy! "The initial price" of 490 euros for the classic double room might refer to the past; so it should be "replaced" I think; by the actual one for the fair competition reasons. |

the place itself its a former Palais - good old times feel alike The rooms are to small. Although we booked as a 3 people family with a 3 year old child there was no room provided with a sufficient big bed or space to place a separate children bed into the room. Unacceptable when you take into consideration that this is SAS Radisson. In southern european such behavior is unimaginable. There you get usually a upgrade or the largets room in your booked category. Breakfast is expansive and not the money worth. They charged 25 Euro per Person and Child. The breakfast standard was not better then a 75m far away located Cafe that served 5 different breakfast styles. The largest breakfast and most expansive one was 9 Euro in this Cafe. |

The location was ideal - very central. Reasonable rate for central Vienna. Parking was full and recomended parking garage for €45! On street was free from 22.00 to 08.00. Decor a bit dated and well equipped bathroom very small. |
