Radisson BLU Palais Hotel, Vienna  

Palvelu oli erinomaista ja kaikki mitä pyysimme onnistui helposti. Royal Club -aamupala täytti kaikki odotukset ja ilmainen minibaari oli erittäin hyvä lisä.

Hotellihuoneet olivat sisustukseltaan jääneet 20 vuotta ajastaan jälkeen, eivätkä olleet yhtä loistokkaita kuin mitä hotelli muulta sisustukseltaan antaa odottaa. Hotellihuoneen sisustus vastasi kolmen tähden hotellia. Mitään muuta negatiivista ei kohdalle sattunut.

Hotelli oli siisti ja sijainti loistava. Huone oli hiljainen vaikka sijaitsi Ringstrassen varrella. Palvelu toimi hyvin ja oli nopeaa. Ilmainen kerran päivässä täytettävä minibaari (suppea valikoima) oli tosi kiva yllätys. Meillä ei aamiainen kuulunut huoneen hintaan ja erikseen ostettuna oli aika hintava (28€).

Clean and centrally located

Very old, smells bad nearly everywhere, the gym is a disaster, the bathroom was ancient, the extra bed looked like it came either from an orphanage or a war hospital, the tv in room was from the '90s and tiny-- and we had a Royal Club room, which is a total joke. Additionally, the food was bad and the waiters were very rude.

Expectation is too high after reading the homepage and the hotel description, clean and nice rooms but in detail old and bad renovated - not worth the 4star, tv old (no Flat screen). Room and bath room little. Overall the hotel (I booked the Royal Club) is too high priced.

The rooms would benefit from some refreshing and upgrade as many pieces of furniture and bath room seem to be old and close to start falling apart. Low ceilings. View from the room to the internal atrium was depressing. No tables available in the morning for breakfast on the first floor

the location for walking , lots of local restaurants near by , very friendly staff , good clean room, we had a royal club room which offered a lot of extras which we consider was good value for the small extra cost.

the room was comfortable but is getting close to needing a refurbishment soon

This hotel can be max 4-star hotel and prices should be 2 times smaller. It seems like soviet hotel of lux class for year 1980, without changes and renovations since that time.

When we booked we upgraded to the Royal Club. I loved that we had a Nespresso coffee machine in our room & also we were able to enjoy a lovely champagne breakfast each morning in a smaller room than the main restaurant. We were also able to enjoy afternoon tea each afternoon & cocktail drinks in the evening. We had specific requests regarding the room when we booked on bookings.com and advised we would not be arriving until nearly midnight. Everything was as we requested & there was no problem arriving late at night. The hotel was close enough to walk into the old part of the city, however there was always a taxi available if you wanted to use one.

Complimentary minibar! Although we didnt make use of it the first night. Hotel is conveniently located at the verge of the new and old town area in walking distance. Tram stop right outside the hotel is very convenient. Hotel is well kept and classy.

The only negative we had, which was rectified on notifying, was that our room wasnt big enough to house a child bed and cot. Both were requested and confirmed at the time of booking but on checking, we were disappointed with the room. One call to the reception got us a bigger and better room.

Location is nice.

Room was rather shabby - old equipment in the toilette, small and old tv set, no alarm clock, walls with heavy "wear and tear" signs. For eur 120 per night this is not acceptable - better offers are available at the same price.

The breakfast was lovely, view of the park from the room was good. Location fantastic, happy hour for cocktails 8-10 mon to fri very good!

Television wasn't flat screen as advertised and hardy had any channels. Toilet wasn't very clean, plugs in sink and bath were faulty.

The location is good - close to St.Stephan platz and there is a tram station in front of it.

The hotel does not correspond with the 5-star category, the comfort double room is old-fashioned, the hotel looks great from outside, but inside is somehow dodgy. The price of the breakfast is ridiculous, especially for Vienna, where you can have excellent breakfast in numerous cafes.
