客房服務效率太差，要毯子等備用品需一再催促，房間尺寸約25米平方，不是網頁上標示的40米平方。因為飛- 機班次是晚上八點，希望飯店能同意延遲退房，飯店堅持要準時退房，理由是有人要入住，事實上我查了一下他們- 當晚還有很多空房，感覺上很不近人情一點都不窩心，我下次絕不會再去住。

Good location - therre is very beautiful park nearby, if you wanna party next street is Scotch Club, all the sightseings and shops are available by 10 minutes walk. The rooms are very clean and nice. Really good hotel if you're staying for a weekend.

The hotel reserved a very huge sum on my credit card, and though they admitted that was a mistake, it took 2 days to unblock the card wich was quite unpleasant surprise. But the stuff was very friendly and everyone was trying to help.

The hotel was perfect, we arrived earlier than we could check in and we tried to check in at 09.40 am. The room was already cleaned and we had the room from start on. The rooms were cleaned properly and we had no noise from the neighbours. Very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna.

Piano in the lobby , sunny breakfast place in royal club saloon, coffee lounge and bar

Very small fitness room ,no swimming pool,and I expected a little bit more kind at the reception.

We had to wait more than 1 hour for our room (from 15:00 to 16:00). The room wasn't ready by check in time. We not too young people, we were very tired, and a little bit angry because it. The first room, what we occupied had very little fenster in very low position. (The room was very dark - without arteficial light - in the afternoon too.) I didn't know, so the booked rooms havn't any view. Next time - if I book hotel room - I'd like more information about booked rooms.

Wonderful staff, beautiful building, everything working, compact but cozy.

There were only 2 reception staff even when there was a queue. Could increase number of staff as needed during busy times.

The location was ideal. Staff was friendly with the exception of one woman. Price was very reasonable. Room was fine.

Breakfast buffet for 28 Euros was way expensive compared to what you could get just a block away. Great little cafe's out there that cost one tenth of the cost at Radisson.

location excellent & i had a very good deal on the room! and who would complain about the complimentary mini bar :) the staff is fantastic, helpfull and friendly.

for such a luxurious hotel the bathroom was on the small side (i.e, with bathroom door open you couldn't really get out of the bath without almost stepping into the toilet and with two people in the bathroom you couldn't really move about). the breakfast i found too expensive (28€) even more so when you have lots of other options 'on the corner'. without the excellent deal via this site i would most probably have not chosen this hotel.

Everything is very old! Old furniture. Smoking is possible in hotel! Smoking smell everywhere!
