very comfortable beds, big spacious room

parking is too expensive. it should be free for hotel guests

The location. It's very near the train station and shopping places.

It is the hotel policy to hold a certain amount from your credit card after checking out. Unfortunately, it took the hotel a while to unfreeze such amount which can be very confusing to the credit card holder. I hope they can resolve this problem. Also, the internet browser is in German, which give us difficulties in using it to make our online flight check in.

Convenience to travel into city of town. Very nice staffs. Room size is big and comfortable.

It's location is very convenient, easy to catch train and bus to travel around. Price is also attractive when comparing to others, room is nice and comfortable. Receptionist is really helpful and friendly.

The two connected apartments were very comfortable especially for a family of 6 persons. There was electric kettle to heat water for my baby. We found on the right side of the hotel entrance an Islamic supermarket 40m from the hotel. The rooms were large and cozy, and they have provided us with extra bed in one room and a baby cot for free in our room. The workers we met were very friendly and they were able to communicate with us in English. The restaurant was big and had a big buffet with international food, and my kids liked the idea of having different kind of cereals. The hotel provided us with WIFI internet access (24h) for eight devices.

We had to re-enter the login and password for 8 devices everytime we restart our devices( Ipod-Galaxy-Iphone)

The room was larger than the 2 other hotels we stayed during our trip to Germany and Austria. We needed an extra bed and once the extra bed is in the room we can see that there was still enough space to move around freely. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable to move around. The first room we got was supposed to be a non-smoking room and there were signs on the desk that says no-smoking. Unfortunately, the previous guest chose to ignore the rule and there was a strong cigarette smell in the room. Linda Chau, the hotel front desk receptionist, was quick to make a change and gave us a new room without any smell of cigarette smoke.

Big rooms

Bed in room 329 is extremely soft (body lower than feet) and I didn't sleep well because of this. I've been in several Radisson hotels but according to me this one falls short of a 4 star. Amenities like sleepers they are not present in the room you have to ask for them at the reception, moquette on the floor collects dust and dirt and with a small baby you pay a lot of attention to this. Quite away from the city center

The best thing about this was the location which is less than five minutes from the main train station and about 15 minutes walk into the city.

Although it is close, there are no clear directions from the main train station to the hotel. The card system used for the elevator is hopeless and doesn't work most times and we had to use the stairs on a few occasions.

Perfect!

The hotel is located near the main train station and the bus stop to the old town. The room is spacious and modern, and at the time I stayed, this hotel is the most cheapest 4 star hotel for EUR 120 per night.

If I have a chance to go back again to Salzburg, I prefer the Radisson in the old town because all of attraction is there and the ambiance is quite different.

Everything, the stay at the Salzburg Radison was a pleasure from check in, room, swimming pool, front desk, restaurant and check out a pleasure to spent a restfull weekend. And the location was quiet. Thank you Dave Seattle 2011

I stay for 2 nights the bed sheet was not change, tissue paper was empty when I arrive and still empty after one day. The internet was suppose to be free but they give u an password for one hour so u need to ask for a password every hours which was not convience for a business traveller.
