Rooms are big in size

Far from attractions, bed uncomfortable and elevators are old ( no sensors during closes so, watch out when you're having kids)

worth its value. it has free-wifi.very close to the train station.

it has no good soundproofing and its quite far by feet from the center.the cleaning was quite good.We returned to the room in the afternoon and the door of the room was open.

I stay for 2 nights the bed sheet was not change, tissue paper was empty when I arrive and still empty after one day. The internet was suppose to be free but they give u an password for one hour so u need to ask for a password every hours which was not convience for a business traveller.

Location! Finally an iron and ironing board in our room and enough soap and complimentary coffee in the room. A real double bed rather than the side by side single beds.

Solo receptionist- too busy and too distracted by the 4 people behind us to take her time with us. The internet access is a little unusual- a new cryptic code needs to be obtained every hour for this free access. Imagine being in the middle of a long email or other project and being timed out and having to call down for a new code (every hour!).

the rooms were spacious and modern and the pool, sauna and gym were very good

The hotel was a 30 minute walk from the town centre

The room was larger than the 2 other hotels we stayed during our trip to Germany and Austria. We needed an extra bed and once the extra bed is in the room we can see that there was still enough space to move around freely. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable to move around. The first room we got was supposed to be a non-smoking room and there were signs on the desk that says no-smoking. Unfortunately, the previous guest chose to ignore the rule and there was a strong cigarette smell in the room. Linda Chau, the hotel front desk receptionist, was quick to make a change and gave us a new room without any smell of cigarette smoke.

Big rooms

Bed in room 329 is extremely soft (body lower than feet) and I didn't sleep well because of this. I've been in several Radisson hotels but according to me this one falls short of a 4 star. Amenities like sleepers they are not present in the room you have to ask for them at the reception, moquette on the floor collects dust and dirt and with a small baby you pay a lot of attention to this. Quite away from the city center

The best thing about this was the location which is less than five minutes from the main train station and about 15 minutes walk into the city.

Although it is close, there are no clear directions from the main train station to the hotel. The card system used for the elevator is hopeless and doesn't work most times and we had to use the stairs on a few occasions.

I have stayed at Radisson Blu before in Helsinki, fi, and really liked it. The room was good size, spacious enough, and very handy to transportation.

The first thing that we noticed, was a hot water problem. The front desk knew nothing about it. I find that hard to believe,as we noted this about 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A house keeper was sent up, and determined that we should let water run for 10 minutes. We had already done about 15 minutes. She then sent maintenance man up. He there is aproblem in that renovation on the 2nd floor required rerouting of the hot water. He said let run about another 20 minutes. That worked. 20 min. + the already 15. The next evening, the front desk was still denying a problem. I think there is management problem.

the room 354 smells like a hell. somebody smoked there for a long time.
