Nice large comfortable rooms with coffee maker, mini bar, and safe available. Good showers and good beds. WiFi and computer availahbility.

Little spartan on towels if you want to take a shower at night and maybe the next morning at times.

Near to Main Train Station in Salzburg . It has nice WiFi , Swimming Pool , Gym. They offered Umbrellas etc by themselves without we need to ask for which shows a good hospitality.

Not much to dislike but though we stayed 3 nights and there Wifi password system is a bit cumbersome , need to have different pass for different devices that are valid only for 24 hrs. Swimming Pool is small but nice and clean . I wish if they could assist someone at Pool/Gym to provide the locker keys, you need to walk to reception to take the keys but thats not a big deal either.

Although it's not a fancy Radisson Blu hotel, the facilities are good enough for short stay, and the location is perfect for travellers to take either train or bus.

Bed is too small.

Location is excellent...100m off from the Salzburg Railway Station. Staff has been as expected in any business class hotel...speaking to purpose with a made for purpose smile...no surprises. We haven't used the swimming pool or gym so cannot comment on it. Room was bigger than in other business class hotels.

Bed wasn't comfortable...seemed like cotton or something has piled up all around in the mattress. Carpets didn't look quite clean either...some quick job before the next customers comes in. Toiletries were minimal compared to other Radisson hotels.

Expensive breakfast, maybe thats why there was nobody even during weekend, broken light in our room, none of the three phones worked, we had to call the reception from our foreign cell phone when we needed something, very high price for the location and standard, i would recommend hotels in the center unless you re going for a business trip for which chain hotels like this are made

There is the cleaner for shoes on every floor - and I like to have a clean shoes :)

I don´t understand why parking is such expensive...

Big family room.

Dirty room, there was dust even on the table and esspecialy in the beds. There was 0,5 cm of dust at the table lamp bulb.The shower curtain was rotten (mold on the dwóm edges). I don't reccomend this hotel for anyone who is not a fun of dust.

The people at the reception are a lot under radisson standards. They have mistaken the total amount I had to pay for my staying there. They charged me a different amount per night then the one I agreed on thru booking.com . I payed with credit card because I didn't read the bill ( the extras were included). I was lucky I discovered by chance the mistake they made and I went to the recption desk to repair it. They refunded me 140 euro but if I wouldn't have checked the bill nothing woul have happened. Also I have checked out on the 3rd of january and until now, the 7th, 1500 euro are still blocked on my personal credit card although I payed with my company credit card for 2 rooms 2300.

Closeness to the train station. Staff was willing to help and provided touristic information.

Temperature of the room could not be controlled. Minibar fridge did not keep things cold. Bathroom was much too small. Daily Internet vouchers were annoying and not Eco-friendly.

The staff was so friendly and helpfull!! The best food a bit expensive. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall very good will go back!! Grant the lifesaver also arranged something special for our anniversary at the Park Inn Restaurant!!

The reception staff were very helpful during check in and during our stay. The rooms and restaurant were lovely. A very nice breakfast spread.

Staff at check in said breakfast was included, then at ckeck out said it was not. It meant an additional cost of around 250 Euro of to our final bill at check out; a very big (and unpleasant) surprise.
