Aquest hotel boutique, de 5 estrelles, està situat al centre de Viena, a 3 minuts a peu del palau de Hofburg i del carrer comercial de Kohlmarkt. Totes les habitacions del Radisson BLU Style Hotel són espaioses i disposen de TV per cable, escriptori i planxa de pantalons. També tenen aire condicionat, barnús i sabatilles. Us podeu relaxar a la sauna i al gimnàs després d'un dia de turisme o negocis. El restaurant Sapori de l'hotel Radisson BLU Style serveix cuina mediterrània i plats típics austríacs. Al bar H12 podeu escoltar música tranquil·la al vespre. La parada de metro de Herrengasse de la línia U3 és al costat de l'hotel. Des d'allà, la catedral de Sant Esteve és a 1 parada i el tren City Airport, a 4 parades. Habitacions de l'hotel: 78, Cadena hotelera: Radisson Blu.

Su situación era excelente y el hotel tenía su encanto con habitaciones amplias y muy bien decoradas. Quizás las camas eran un poco pequeñas y la TV no estaba en una ubicación adecuada.

First, Excellent staff at reception desk! Very helpful and very kind, giving impression of being at home! I have been round the globe at many hotels, but they were best:) Second, Location. The room by itself was comfortable too. The hotel might be tricky to find, cause it has just a small sign at the entrance which is hiding behind some green stuff. Seems the hotel had a flag but when I visited it was not connected to the outdoors wall. Meanwhile, people had no idea where is the location of hotel to help. Even the staff of the cafe in front of the hotel didn't help! Steigenberger Hotel which is next to the Radisson Hotel has two large flags which can be a good sign to find the hotel!

The hotel was in an excellent location to walk to all the major sights with one of the most Vienna coffee houses right next door. The service was fabulous. The front desk happily printed our boarding passes made dinner reservations, found tickets to the opera & had them delivered to us, arranged for a car to the airport. The hotel is beautiful, very modern and comfortable. We got a junior suite since we had 2 adults and our 20 year old daughter. They brought up an extra bed. The room was very large with a king bed, large sitting area with a sofa & chair, a small table with 2 chair & a comfy chaisse at the foot of the bed. The mini bar was included, free wifi and they brought a platter of fresh fruit. The breakfast was also included and was a great buffet of european fare. We had a fantastic view of one of the famous churches outside our window. We loved the hotel and would stay again. Only 20-25 minutes to the airport makes Vienna an easy place to visit.

The rooms are excellent. The pillow, and the quilt was not fiber but goose-quill. The room was big enough to place an extra bed for the child. The location is excellent so that you can walk to main places. No need for renting a car.

There is a big difference between this Radisson and the other one ! I won't recommend even thou I was an exhabitor and stayed most of the day out ..

We stayed in August and it was very hot (upper 90's Fahrenheit). Our room was in top floor and the air conditioning was almost not working. The thermostat said it was 19 c (about 66 f) but the room never got any cooler than about 84-85 F. We asked the front desk twice to send someone up to look at it, but nobody ever looked at it for us. Being from the us, we are at least used to some cool air when it is so hot outside. Very disappointed in the lack of service on that.

The breakfast. Yoy could order from the menu different things (eggs, sausages etc.) and the were prepared fresh from the kitchen. The reception-front desk was very small and with one customer before you, you must have to wait for a long time there, the pillows were also too small and uncomfortable and the maid (cleaning lady) was realy bad (she put my mytzamas creasing all together).

Very good location!!!! Near metro station.A ticket for a week costs 14 euros(we buy it at the airport)-you can use it at any transport in Vienna,very comfortable!

Booked a standard room and got a room with bathtub without a protective glasscreen or possibility to hang the showerhead on the wall. In other words impossible to take a proper shower and water everywhere. Talked to the reception and apparently we managed to get the only room with a bathtub. We were given a new room and also received an upgrade. All done with a smile and we were happy. Overall very nice and attentive staff. Cafe Central is literally right outside the door and they serve great breakfast.

Good location for city trip, shopping, next to nice restaurants. Cosy & clean room as well. The breakfast not in the price! No English language on tv except News & Stock channels... A tray in the corridor for 2 days! Reception keep by mistake for the deposit, 500 euros more, for the entire stay!!

Location was excellent, staff very helpful and the decor very nice. Front desk ordered a cab to the airport without meter and did not tell me how much the fare should be. Cab driver automatically added a generous tip. Was I ripped off?
