The location is fantastic! Next door to Cafe Central and a few blocks from the Hofburg, the main shopping district with all kinds of shopping and many good restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they valet your car in the garage so you don't have to. We will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We stayed from Monday to Thursday and the restaurant was exceptionally quiet. We intended to eat there one night but were informed we would be the only ones there which meant we went out in the end - disappointing that a hotel with this reputation wasn't drawing people into its restaurant.

This hotel is very centrally located, close to shops and underground station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, cosy and fully equipped with amenities.

Overpriced. Hotel suggested we purchase breakfast and they would give us an upgrade. That was 60 euro and the only upgrade was a free mini bar that only had candy and soda. Room was very basic and television radio did not work. Felt cheated for $360 for one night.

Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Reliable free Wi-Fi. Breakfast. Inside decoration seems to be a little bit to modern for old building like this. Price is higher than it should be - but not too much, maybe 15%.

We enjoyde the welcoming staff, especially Mrs Isabela. Location is just perfect. Maintainance of the hotel needs some upgrade (bulbs that didn't work, carpet is old and leave residues on the bag, curtains do not go all the way of the rail).

Great hotel! The team was very kind and helpful. The location is great - just few minutes walk to metro station, to some of the main attractions of the city and to some great restaurants and caffe's. The hotel is very clean, well designed and the room was very well equiped. The breakfast is very expensive (23 euro), so we chosen to eat in other places instead. That's the only thing.
