Radisson BLU Style Hotel, Vienna  

Location was fantastic.

Television screen in room was ridicuously small and hard to view.

Every thing was good about this hotel,location,staff..etc.

I was allocated Room 211 which is above a very noisy road. I was awoken each morning at 5 A.M. I did mention this to the hotel staff. The service at the restaurant was very slow despite only 2 tables being occupied. The kitchen was slow and the food not top quality - even the icecream was not so good.

The Staff was excellent, supportive and very friendly. The internet free and fast. The room was Ok and clean, We liked the location walking distance to main street Garben where the action is.

The hotel is not as clean as it can be.

Description as a 4* hotel would be more fair.

Overall a great stay. Excellent location, comfortable room & bathroom, clean. Breakfast not superb but quite good - appropriate selection, a la carte hot dishes included in the price.

The temperature in the room was impossible to regulate. It was winter & the room was very hot, to the point of uncomfortable, with the temp setting on the thermostat not resulting in any change. I brought this to the attention of the front desk - without any visible result. At the end I kep the windows open which worked out. The streets around are not overly loud so it was fine. The other issue was breakfast - although the buffet was quite good, when I ordered eggs the time it took for them to arrive was too long - I had finished eating by then & needed to leave (and this is not because my breakfast was a 10 min affair).

The breakfast. Yoy could order from the menu different things (eggs, sausages etc.) and the were prepared fresh from the kitchen.

The reception-front desk was very small and with one customer before you, you must have to wait for a long time there, the pillows were also too small and uncomfortable and the maid (cleaning lady) was realy bad (she put my mytzamas creasing all together).

Good location for city trip, shopping, next to nice restaurants. Cosy & clean room as well.

The breakfast not in the price! No English language on tv except News & Stock channels... A tray in the corridor for 2 days! Reception keep by mistake for the deposit, 500 euros more, for the entire stay!!

Works on the adjacent building starting early in the morning and quite noisy Buffet Breakfast expensive

You should be proud becouse staff who work in Radisson blu Style Hotel Vienna is just excellent. Thanks to your staff my family really enjoyed our stay in Viennna. For sure I will recomened your hotel to my friends and hopefully I have chance to come back! Thank you
