Radisson BLU Style Hotel, Vienna  

First, Excellent staff at reception desk! Very helpful and very kind, giving impression of being at home! I have been round the globe at many hotels, but they were best:) Second, Location. The room by itself was comfortable too.

The hotel might be tricky to find, cause it has just a small sign at the entrance which is hiding behind some green stuff. Seems the hotel had a flag but when I visited it was not connected to the outdoors wall. Meanwhile, people had no idea where is the location of hotel to help. Even the staff of the cafe in front of the hotel didn't help! Steigenberger Hotel which is next to the Radisson Hotel has two large flags which can be a good sign to find the hotel!

The rooms are excellent. The pillow, and the quilt was not fiber but goose-quill. The room was big enough to place an extra bed for the child. The location is excellent so that you can walk to main places. No need for renting a car.

We stayed in August and it was very hot (upper 90's Fahrenheit). Our room was in top floor and the air conditioning was almost not working. The thermostat said it was 19 c (about 66 f) but the room never got any cooler than about 84-85 F. We asked the front desk twice to send someone up to look at it, but nobody ever looked at it for us. Being from the us, we are at least used to some cool air when it is so hot outside. Very disappointed in the lack of service on that.

The breakfast. Yoy could order from the menu different things (eggs, sausages etc.) and the were prepared fresh from the kitchen.

The reception-front desk was very small and with one customer before you, you must have to wait for a long time there, the pillows were also too small and uncomfortable and the maid (cleaning lady) was realy bad (she put my mytzamas creasing all together).

Booked a standard room and got a room with bathtub without a protective glasscreen or possibility to hang the showerhead on the wall. In other words impossible to take a proper shower and water everywhere. Talked to the reception and apparently we managed to get the only room with a bathtub. We were given a new room and also received an upgrade. All done with a smile and we were happy. Overall very nice and attentive staff. Cafe Central is literally right outside the door and they serve great breakfast.

Lovely hotel in superb location. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Works on the adjacent building starting early in the morning and quite noisy Buffet Breakfast expensive

Everything was ok. The hotel is a "class!

The prices are a little bit too high, but like everything else in Vienna!

The location could not be more central and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary drinks fridge in the room was a very nice touch and was refreshed daily. Standard room was spacious and bathroom had a very good shower and underfloor heating. Reception area is very warm and welcoming.

Mattress was a little too firm for me but that is personal preference. On the Saturday night there was some very loud techno playing nearby which was causing the whole hotel to vibrate until 3am. Was not a problme on other nights.
