they let us check in early and the mini bar was complimentary, staff were incredibly friendly on our last day i think they had an art exhibition there, not a very big foyer and got quit busy |

Christian was fantastic in the bar and the location is excellent!! We stayed in 206 and the carpets we filthy. Also for a 4* hotel I would expect tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast @ €28 is a joke. |

I would describe it as a "very chic" hotel. Very stylish indeed which suited our personalties. Location was excellent- we were right next to the famous CAFE Central, where we highly recommend it. We had initial problems with our original room where the aircon didnt work, TV didnt work- room was fine. But your staff handled the situation well & were kind enough to upgrade us to a junior suite. Also, special note to your support staff( all Filipinos) who were always smiling & very helpful. Even your lobby staff as well well as your staff at the bar were excellent & made you feel at home. Great job & do get the small technical room issues sorted & it will be perfect! |

Situation of the hotel is very good. Close to shopping district, but at the same time situated on the quiet street. Very friendly service at the reception! The security lock in the room was brocken and the door was looking like if somebody was trying already once to get inside without a key... It was little bit hot to sleep, even room is equipted with AC. |

Excellent location in the Innere Stadt, very close to the Hofburg Imperial Palace and many other places to visit. Hotel is stylish, clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free soft drinks in the minibar. Have breakfast at a local kondotorei (Central, Demel, Landtman) to pick up the refined atmosphere at a slow Viennese pace. |

Central location, nice room design, free minibar, sauna, free internet access. It was a bit noisy due to construstion work nearby, also the air-conditioning device was almost non-responsive, wi-fi internet connection was not good while wired connection worked perfect, generally the room look was far from brand-new yet maybe this is true for the particular room only. |

Lovely, stylish hotel with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Any problems were resolved immediately which meant a room upgrade for me because of a non-functioning TV and a room swap at midnight for two friends because of a noisy raidiator. Fantastically helpful staff. Breakfast at 28 euros was excessively expensive, but there's a historic cafe on the opposite corner which does a great range of breakfasts for much less. The rooms were all quite warm and the air con wasn't particularly effective - not a major problem but needs to be resolved! |

Fantastic large room, great design, super location, awesome bath room. Automatic doors on the corridor where rooms are are loud and can be heard in the room next to it. Make sure your room is away from door. |

Staff was young and friendly! Lots of small things were broken, like the elevator, some bulbs in my room, shower. The price of 28 Euro for the breakfast is much too high. |

This hotel has an excellent location in the centre of Vienna close to many of the sights and 1 minute from the U-Bahn. It has a number of other good points: our room was quite large and nicely decorated and the lobby areas are stylish and yet intimate. There is free WiFi, a dvd player and a large selection of tv channels (via a somewhat clunky interface). The printer of the pc in the business centre (which charges 25c/min to your credit card...) did not work. However the reception staff tried really hard to rectify this, and while their efforts failed, their concern was genuine and very different to the that's-not-my-problem attitude I've encountered elsewhere. |

The hotel interior was gorgeous, even standard rooms were a very good size and very clean. Staff were helpful. Excellent location, walking distance of all the sites in the city and shopping district. Very good wifi connection. The beds had a rubber undersheet which I found gave a hospital bed feeling, but was still comfortable. There were no prinitng facilities in the hotel, however they did facilitate me and located a printer I could use. |

Great and comfortable location ! And price is fair for the location . Excellent free bar for drinks and internet. Superior room looks like normal standard room category, please would be good to change pillow for better quality . In the bath room have more towels . For the breakfast to improve variety of pastry . |

the hotel is situated in a very good location near Hoffburg and shopping area very warm in the room - heating was still on regardless on the setting, the superior room 32 m2 seems to be smaller |
