Very central, very frisndly and helping staff that knew the town and was able to get us tables at some of the more popular restaurants. Aircondition could have worked better, the pay pr view tv was not working, and the should serve breakfeast untill 12 in the Royal club (who gets out of bed before 10 on vacation?) |

God service, rent og velholdt overalt. Stort, flot morgenbord med kæmpe udvalg af retter. Når der står "incl. minibar" så forventer man lidt større udbud i minibaren. |

Atmosfæren på hotellet Vi blev "opgraderet" til en suite, dog uden de faciliteter, der følger med en opgradering (morgenmad, gratis film). Jeg foreslår, at hotellet ikke tilbyder opgradering, hvis de ikke er parate til at tilbyde hele pakken. |

Lovely hotel close to city centre, opposite a nice park and convenient to Vienna's main sights. We got a great rate on the room that didn't include breakfast. Buying breakfast separately was pricey so we skipped out and had breakfast elsewhere. There's a bunch of good cafés for that in the neighborhood. |

My three grown up children and I took my wife to Vienna for a 4 day/ 3 night trip, at the occasion of her anniversary. We stayed "Royal Club" & benefited the lavish breakfast buffet included: there was nothing missing to fullfil anyone's wish. The service at the hotel is outstanding, with dedicated people, who really care to make your stay most enjoyable, with an authentic smile and dedication. The fitness room is under the roof and is utterly cramped with machinery, leaving no space for some privacy. The saunas are little cabins, located respectively in the men's and ladies' lockrooms. It is absolutely not inviting. |

The service for the Royal Club was so special, especially the breakfast. I think anyone who stays at SAS palais should take that advantage. Even if you pay some extra, it is really worthwhile!! |

Everything was good. Convenient location, quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok, but if you don't mind walking a couple of blocks in the morning you will find better options for 10-20 euro. Staff very responcive and polite. We were surprised to see that room looks bigger on the offcial web site than it really is. Offcial web site tells that Royal Club room size is 40-50 sq metres, which is not true. It is 30 sqm maximum. We though it was just our "luck" but girl on the reception told us that all Royal Club rooms are the same and Classic rooms are even smaller. |
