Radisson SAS Palais Hotel

Το οτι το βρήκα σε τιμή ευκαιρίας και δεν πλήρωσα το ποσό που ζητουν υπό κανονικές συνθήκες.Εκτός αυτού το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ωραίο με πολλές "πλούσιες" ανέσεις

Το room service-bar service-τιμές.Να επισιμάνω πως για μία απλή τοπική κλήση απο το δωμάτιο σε pizzaria μας χρέωσαν 5 ευρώ...

Η Τοποθεσία και ο εξοπλισμός του δωματίου

Μας αρεσε το κτηριο,η τοποθεσια οπως επισης και η συμπεριφορα του προσωπικου καθως και το οτι μας εδωσαν τα δωματια πολυ πιο νωρις απο οτι προβλεποταν

Not a 5 star hotell. Maybe a 3-4 star hotel. The exterior and the lobby ok but the room not.

The location was excellent and the room was clean.

There were repairs going on in to the atrium roof immediately below our windows the noise was magnified and the sound of the gas blow torches sounded like motorbikes. The first time we told reception we heard nothing. The next day the noise was so loud we asked if a manager would come and listen to the noise, we finally ggot a message (through reception) that the manager said the workmen should be finishing at about 4.30 5,00ish and if they didn,t finish then, we could move rooms. The workmen finished at 5 0'clock for the day and then started the next day at 7.30. The noise woke us up. We called up reception, but again nothong was done, no one contacted us and only when we checked out did the reception staff apologise for the noise.

Excellent location (no need for public transport or taxis the entire weekend); very polite and helpful staff; free mini-bar in the room.

Room was designated non-smoking, but had an ashtray and matches, and smelt a little bit of old smoke.

Great staff, good restaurant and food. Basically everything you would expect from a Radisson hotel

Location, room size, and dinner, excellent.

The room service needs to be improved, on the second day the room was not cleaned properly, not vacuum cleaned, the towels were not enough,... the breakfast was also caotic, the service was not completly satisfactory for me.

Very nice place, modern design, comfortable room, big bed, free minibar. Very close to the center.

next to a bussy road, one small blanket on king size bad. I paid cash, after they charged on my credit card too.

Please write at least 15 words The location is very good and the rate as well for the quality it offers. Asways appreciate a hot drink after a long day in the rooom , happy to see Radisson offers that.

The single bed. However I only spent 8 hours in total so for that short a stay, it was still fine.

Very friendly, helpful, english speaking staff. Free minibar, free internet.

Room size was not particularly large. Poor quality baby's cot. Poor quality shower head.
