The hotel has good servicies, such as in-room dining, pay tv channels, tasty bar and restaurant, friendly staff. My room was very small - I didn't think that 5-star hotels have rooms of such size. Also I spent 30 minutes in a queue waiting for check-in |

The location was great. It is only about a 5 minute walk to city center. The staff was nice and helpfull. It is a great location for visiting the city. The rooms are definitely not 5 star, they are close to a very nice 3 star or a crapy 4 star hotel. Besides the fact that the rooms are tiny - thing which never bothered me before - they are also very old with old and worn furnishings. It is nice that they offer a free minibar - but - beware the selection is limited and they did not refill the bar every day. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a 5 star hotel. |

The location and the hotel restaurant, which had excellent food and services. The atmosphere at the hotel bar was also nice. The room was indeed 60 sqm but on two levels and you had to climb stairs to get to the bedroom. It was ok overall |

Location was good for access to the city. Room was a good size and comfortable. We had to change rooms due to the smell of sewage in the room. Although the hotel made the swap without problem, they must have been aware of this issue but still allocated the room. |

As always an excellent breakfast and free internet are a must. The willingness of the staff to sort out problems was great. The location is very good, close to the trams and easy to find. In walking distance to the town. No mini bar is excellent too. No proper tea bags or milk with the coffee making facilities. no free biscuits. No really 5 star, closer to 4 |

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the free minibar. 4 star rather than 5 though, we thought. The prices for the bar, room service, restaurant (esp. the breakfast) were a bit extortionate. We would have eaten and drank in the hotel more often if the prices were halved.Prices for telephone calls were also exportionate. |

Staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful throughout our time at the hotel. Room was comfortable and well equiped. Lack of a concierge was a problem. Although front desk offered assistance, they were quite busy with the routine duties and therefor unable to focus on other matters. Also, upon arrival there was no one at the front door (bellman) to greet us and help with our luggage. |

Ideal location, Hotel is nice and convenient. The rooms were silent which is very good that during night no disturbance. Cleaning was done quicly without any disturbance. Check in was very slow:-( which is seldom in SAS hotels, somehow staff did not perform. Also we got room at 2 p.m, not even one minute before, eventhough we were at hotel already at 11 a.m, Of cource so it is acc the terms, but somehow got the feeling that maybe our deal of room rates was so cheap that we were last in line ??? |

staff is friendly but still- very professional. hotel itself is like a museum. absolutely amazing. plaster work, lighting... just amazing... room was very nice, super high ceiling. we were staying in a classic room on the 6th floor. mini bar is free...can i say anything else? :-) the only thing that bothered me is the smell in the room... theres something wrong with the aircon/heating- when its on, it brings a smell of a toilet... and to open windows its a challenge, trust me! :-) |
