Atmosfera calma si linistita in tot hotelul si la mic dejun,designul din hotel,camera,pozitia excelenta. Un LCD in camere,mai ales la Royal club ,se impune inlocul TV ului anacronic.Minibarul ,degeaba a fost la liber ca nu a fost rece. WC ul nu a fost curatat si dezinfectat. |

Pozitia hotelului este excelenta, atat pentru iubitorii de shopping cat si pentru cei care doresc sa se plimbe. Ar trebui imbunatatite serviciile personalului de la receptie. Lasa de dorit. |

The hotel service and guest manager were amazing. Seven star service! Our anniversary was magical because of the Radisson SAS Palais staff! My wife said she'd marry me all over again, but it was the staff that deserve credit and the staff made this experience perfect. We received personalised notes, bottle of champagne and professional front desk service Each time I had a need the staff went out of ther way. In fact, the entire hotel staff exceeded our expectations. The front desk demonstrated precision, professionalism and perfection. Stay at Radisson SAS Palais!!! "A Seven Star Service!" The hotel, staff, and stay was absolutely perfect! |

WiFi although free , could not get it on my iPhone. The hotel staff could not help me in this matter. The TV programs were dubbed into Austrian. Keep English programs in English which is universally understood and have Austrian subtitles if really necessary although I think may not be. Tourists stay in hotels more than local population. |

The location was excellent and the room was clean. There were repairs going on in to the atrium roof immediately below our windows the noise was magnified and the sound of the gas blow torches sounded like motorbikes. The first time we told reception we heard nothing. The next day the noise was so loud we asked if a manager would come and listen to the noise, we finally ggot a message (through reception) that the manager said the workmen should be finishing at about 4.30 5,00ish and if they didn,t finish then, we could move rooms. The workmen finished at 5 0'clock for the day and then started the next day at 7.30. The noise woke us up. We called up reception, but again nothong was done, no one contacted us and only when we checked out did the reception staff apologise for the noise. |

Excellent location (no need for public transport or taxis the entire weekend); very polite and helpful staff; free mini-bar in the room. Room was designated non-smoking, but had an ashtray and matches, and smelt a little bit of old smoke. |

Nice hotel in the original palaces. If you like style of 18-19th century it worth staying there. Classic music at breakfast makes nice atmosphere. I asked the doorkeeper to book a taxi to airport. I was surprised to find the standard car, not an official taxi. Doorkeeper informed me that the price will be 65 EURO per journey. Since I knew the price and I am not travelling with unofficial cars I immediately took standard taxi. I paid 35 EURO as per the meter. Doorkeeper behavior is not as per the five star hotel level. |

Location, room size, and dinner, excellent. The room service needs to be improved, on the second day the room was not cleaned properly, not vacuum cleaned, the towels were not enough,... the breakfast was also caotic, the service was not completly satisfactory for me. |

Very nice place, modern design, comfortable room, big bed, free minibar. Very close to the center. next to a bussy road, one small blanket on king size bad. I paid cash, after they charged on my credit card too. |

I liked the service and location. We had an excellent dinner in the dining room, where both the food and the service were 5 star. The tour office within the hotel offered the best private tour we have ever experienced. Great pianist at the lobby lounge. |
