L'hotel est bien situé au centre historique et le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Le lecteur dvd ne fonctionnait pas même après l'avoir notifié et le rideau était cassé. |

Situation géographique parfaite Première suite grande mais sans chauffage... Impossible d'y coucher. Réception inexistante, beaucoup d'attente, peu de services et très longue à réagir, il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois pour obtenir, le soir, une autre suite chauffée mais beaucoup plus petite et salle (moquette, canapé...). Evitez aussi le restaurant, cher et très moyen. Pour le même prix il y a surement mieux. |

Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and problem solving, working as a team together Breakfast room is not big enough when hotel is full, we had to eat breakfast in the bar, but they solved it very elegantly. |

The location is great and the hotel interior look fab. The room (superior room) was very nice and the sheets are fab, which is a criteria not all 5star hotels meet. Staff were very friendly. I was very upset that upon arrival the receptionist charged the credit card I used for the booking.com booking. He never asked to see my card or asked if I wanted to use that card or another one. I thought it was very unprofessional, and whilst they immediately offer to cancel, my bank already processed it and I now have to wait 3 weeks to have the amount released from my debit card (this is not the hotel's fault, my bank is useless, but this is exactly why I wanted to use a different card for booking and payment). I have never been to a hotel where they dont ask how you want to settle the bill. |

Hotel is close to center. nice lounge bar. Rooms are nice with free minibar. If this hotel get a michelin star restaurant, it would be choice number one for many. |

The Location if the Hotel is excellent for having the tours and shopping in Stephnzplatz. The Staff of the Hotel were so poor in making services and cleaning. Also, the bed was not comfortable at all and the room was tight. |

Stylish hotel in the middle of everything. Nice spacious rooms and a nice furnished lobby and cool bar. You could have expect a bit more of a 5-star hotel. The staff was ok but could have made more effort. |

Stayed in a Jr. Suite, very well decorated and spacious, free internet, minibaar & breakfast included. Price - Quality ratio is very very good. Staff in general very friendly and helpfull. Nice bar with well trained staff, and good food.. Would definately recommend this hotel, |

well the room for a start was comfortable and the staff are excellent .. the room serivce was very poor and the location of the hotel it was a far distance to the operaand operring Street . |

I liked the location, at the center of beautiful Vienna but in a quiet area, particularly facing the traditional Cafe Central,so charming, and close to Hofburg, to the Opera, and at walking distance from all the historical sites. The bathromm floor could be very slippery when wet. It was difficult sometimes to control the illumination, lights came on and off automatically.. |
