Radisson BLU Style Hotel

Niet of nauwelijks wachten op de lift. Nespresso kofiemachine op de kamer.

Airco maakt teveel lawaai.

Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet en het vrije gebruik van de minibar. De ligging is super. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Wij hebben een taxi vanaf het vliegveld genomen, vanuit de aankomsthal is er een zgn. taxi-balie. Prima service en je kunt meteen je pick-up regelen voor de terugreis

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers waren netjes en opgeruimd, de entree was stijlvol.

Het bed was klein en zakte behoorlijk door, de TV heeft het twee keer begeven (maar werd wel goed opgelost door het personeel).

Mooie ruime kamers. Perfecte ligging in centrum Wenen

Hotelkamer te heet. Te weinig mogelijkheid om de verwarming te verlagen.

The location is great and the hotel interior look fab. The room (superior room) was very nice and the sheets are fab, which is a criteria not all 5star hotels meet. Staff were very friendly.

I was very upset that upon arrival the receptionist charged the credit card I used for the booking.com booking. He never asked to see my card or asked if I wanted to use that card or another one. I thought it was very unprofessional, and whilst they immediately offer to cancel, my bank already processed it and I now have to wait 3 weeks to have the amount released from my debit card (this is not the hotel's fault, my bank is useless, but this is exactly why I wanted to use a different card for booking and payment). I have never been to a hotel where they dont ask how you want to settle the bill.

Hotel is close to center. nice lounge bar. Rooms are nice with free minibar.

If this hotel get a michelin star restaurant, it would be choice number one for many.

central, compact

Stylish hotel in the middle of everything. Nice spacious rooms and a nice furnished lobby and cool bar.

You could have expect a bit more of a 5-star hotel. The staff was ok but could have made more effort.

The location is perfect. Parking service and bellboy fenomenal.

I liked the location, at the center of beautiful Vienna but in a quiet area, particularly facing the traditional Cafe Central,so charming, and close to Hofburg, to the Opera, and at walking distance from all the historical sites.

The bathromm floor could be very slippery when wet. It was difficult sometimes to control the illumination, lights came on and off automatically..

I like the design, the friendly reception and staff, good location close to city center and underground station, A/C, free internet.

Expensive breakfast.

The location was excellent for all city centre activities. The breakfasts were very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, although this was in the room description when I booked, and it was one of the criteria I based my descision of hotel on.
