Hotel Radlinger  

The stay at the hotel and the breakfast were very good. The hotel is located near the airport but the public transportation is not available at all times. For the shuttle we have to pay 20 euro. If you have a car or you are coming and going in the time the public transportation is active I would deferentially recommend this hotel. We came at a holiday evening and the only restaurant around was closed. However, you can get a delivery of Italian and Austrian food from the near by village.

For transfer accomodation for 1-night-stay it could be perfect as it is close to the airport and the staff is happy to organize transfer to and back to the airport, didn't have the chance to stay longer, though. The staff and the owners are lovely and friendly, breakfast is ok.

The staff and the owners are lovely and friendly, although the cleaners wanted to come into my room at 7.30 a.m., which was a bit disturbing on chech-out day and considering that I had arrived late at night and needed a bit more rest.

We arrived at the hotel after a long tiring flight from Beijing, and a nervous drive from airport ( not being used to driving on the right hand side of road) the staff could not have been more helpful, even supplying some much needed food and drink which was not included in tariff, our room was quiet and comfortable, the breakfast excellent. We booked to stay on the evening prior to out departure from Austria, and have recommended to our family who are visiting later this year.

I stayed in the hotel during transit of flights and enjoyed warm atmosphere of a family-run hotel, the owner family were very kind and friendly. Surrounding area was very quiet and calm and it helped good sleep of me. The access from the airport was easy for me, just within 1 zone of public transportation (Airport -- Schwechat -- Pellendorf, Ortsmitte). The price was also very affordable.

The frequency of the public bus transportation is significantly reduced on Sunday and Holiday, though it is not a matter of the hotel.

Very welcoming and friendly. A great continental breakfast. Nothing was a problem and the staff were very helpful regarding travel to city etc. We stayed there twice and would certainly come back again.

Very good automatic system of checkin - when you arrive late at night you get your key immediately and can go right to bed instead of talking to any reception and signing in forms. Everything was excellent. Very quiet place, easy to reach from motorway and not far from center of Wien. Private parking right in front of the hotel door.

I overnighted here because I needed to get to the nearby airport very early the next morning, and accordingly asked the front desk to arrange an airport taxi for 5 A.M. By ten minutes after 5, I realized the cab wasn't coming, and by fifteen minutes after 5, a member of the owner / operator family was out of bed and warming up the car to drive me to the airport personally. In my experience, this is extraordinary, and I was very, very grateful for it. I would stay not hesitate to book with Hotel Radlinger next time I want to visit Wien, as it is convenient to the city (with car or public transit), reasonably priced, and they actually care about the needs of the guests.

I was unable to get the 24 hour check/in kiosk to admit that I existed. Not a problem at 1700 when the staff was there. Would have been a big problem had I arrived late.

The owners of the hotel were friendly and helpful beyond all measure. They helpfully arranged transportation to and from the airport, and patiently gave me all type of information and advise I requested. It is a basic hotel. My room was in a new section of the building. The room was spotless, had limitless hot water with nice water pressure, and free wifi. The fee for breakfast was reasonable, and the selection of items on the breakfast bar was large, making it well worth the price charged. I would choose this hotel again and would recommend it to any of my family or friends who are looking for a good value + high quality place to stay near the Vienna airport.

Nice and clean rooms, good parking place, excellent breakfast. But most of all: very friendly and helpful people. Hospitality as is should be.

The staff and facilities of the hotel are good. The place is outside of Vienna, however the train is available in Schwechat (10 minutes with car) so it does not cause any problem to go to the city center.

We stayed at this hotel as it was very close to Vienna Airport and needed a hotel close-by. It was a great choice. The rooms were very nice and clean with parquet floors which I definitely prefer to carpet giving the room a much cleaner feel. We arrived late at night worried that we would have trouble checking in as this hotel uses an electronic 24 hour check-in machine--but no such problem as someone was around to help us electronically-challenged people! The breakfast was great and a really nice way to set off on our journey.

The only thing i can say is that we had a bit of trouble locating the hotel from the directions but managed in the end without too much fuss.
