The room was spacious and modern, everything was working. The breakfast was various.

It takes about 15 min to get to the center by tram and metro. The stop is 3 min from the hotel but the transport system is not easy ))

A very nice, modern hotel with extremely kind staff. The food is nice in the restaurant, they also have a small fitness room which has the basic equipment enough for a workout. The wifi access was free and the signal strength was good in the room. The room was small but very clean and nice, the bed was comfortable. Will definitely come back again!

The location of the hotel is a bit outside the center, you can't access it directly with an U-Bahn. You should either go to Keplerplatz with U2 and take the bus 14A (3 stops, 5 minutes), or take the same from the Neubaugasse in the opposite direction (10 stops, 12 minutes).

The room was very clean, the breakfast was varied and good, and the services ok.

We had to pay for the wi-fi, and the location was far from the center, but is ok if you go by car.

The hotel is not very far (10minutes)by tram(1) from the center of Vienna. Also the breakfast was perfect and the staff very polite.

Looks like completly newly renovated upon our visit in 2013, clean, staff speaks perfect engish and is very helpfull also on non-hotel quesions. Rooms are clean, carpeted, and sapcious enough. Close to Matzleinsdorfer Platz station (500 m) with tram and train conections. I recomend buying a dayly ticket to all trasport sistems (metro, tram and train) 6 € available at the hotel. Breakfast was very rich and tastfull. I recomend the hotel to travelers, who don't mind out of center location and do not care much for the outside apperance. Excelent value for money ratio. Parking available in front of the hotel. Price 16€ per day.

Outside apperance - the hotel used to be a hospital and looks very ..hm... hospital like, but the inside is very moderen and beautifull. I would recomend something to spice up the exterior and make it more beautifull.

Room staff waking you up to clean the room before you get out of bed. Maintenance happening early in the morning making it hard to sleep.

There wasn't free Wi-Fi at the Lobby. Wi-Fi in rooms (for money) has poor signal. Also a pressure of water in bathrooms was too law.

Well.... one word... "hospital". It is obvious that few years ago this building was a hospital. Only a big letters on it tells us it's a hotel...There is a cemetery and funeral service nearby...very nice... Almost nothing around... parking, car sales spot... It's really frightful to walk to the hotel in the evening... There is gisgusting rooms and so on...

As always very nice hotel, very good price and good location.

Clean rooms

The location of this hotel feels like not the safest area and is not the nicest area to walk around at night. The restaurant food was not good, the pumpkin soup tasted very oily, worst than tinned soup. The pasta was undercooked. However the meal was quite expensive. The room charges for Internet which was also quite expensive. The double room we booked was actually 2 double beds pushed together with 2 single bed duvets which is to romantic at all when you fall down the middle of the bed. The hotel staff in the evening were friendly but there was someone working on the reception each morning who was unhelpful and quite rude who made us feel that to ask any questions was really interrupting his day. I would not recommend this hotel as it put a dampner on our holiday Vienna is beautiful and coming back to this side of town was slightly depressing.
