The location ,the staff ,cleane hotel, I recommend it to stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The hotel was very clean and perfect size for us. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel room was not clean well enough,dust everywhere,traces of glasses on the surfaces.

Very clean and modern, with a good breakfast.

The room was extremely dry even after turning off the heating. We got up 2 or 3 times per night just to drink water and when I woke up I was dehydrated. They need to somehow humidify the rooms through the ventilation system. The pillows were very bad. They were these pillows that sink in to the bottom of the mattress and suffocate you. We had to fold them in half, this discomfort caused us to sleep badly. Due to the problems mentioned above I feel that this hotel is slightly over-rated and not really value for the money you pay. I have been to other Ramada hotels and have seen much better quality for money.

Excellent Hotel, Staff and Facilities. Shuttle bus to the ski resorts everyday..

I lived at 1 floor and sometimes I heard noise from 0'floor buffet. And not so good noise resistance between rooms. Cleaning not each day

Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Close to Olympic stadium. We'd definately stay here again.

You need a car or bus to get to he city centre. Not many restaurants around the hotel

Joseph (Reception personnel) was exceptional during our 7 days stay.He solved everything we needed and was constantly willing to help. The rooms size and layout was perfect.

Parking charged automatically . The car never in parling. No possibilities to speak about this problem

I had a meal at the bistro bar. Olives and bread were very nice as was the tagliatelle. The Erdinger beer was very good value too Room was really nice, clean and quiet. View of the mountains was great. Breakfast was really good. Car park was expensive at 10 Euros

Modern, practical (at least for car drivers), comfortable rooms and beds, good sauna area, good staff and good breakfast buffet. Also that it is next door to a large outdoor pool complex.

Although not far from the city centre it felt a bit off in the evening as surroundings very quiet.

The location and views of the hotel are excellent. We used it as a stopover when driving from Belgium to the south of Italy, and it was excellent in this respect (being close to the motorway, having a 24 h reception, etc.). But if I were visiting Innsbruck, I'd also prefer to stay there.

Regrettably there were some hairs (not ours!) under the pillow and duvet of the bed. The linen was cleanly washed, so these must have entered the process sometime afterwards. This is of course totally unacceptable. Otherwise the room was very clean, so I hope this was really a one-off incident.
