Ramada Hotel Salzburg City Centre    

Staff were friendly and helpful Location was good in the city center and not far from old town Rate per night was reasonable

Internet requires repeated login too frequently which was disturbing

Excellent location near the train station. Walk to city center took about 25 minutes. Worth the walk for the beautiful scenery of salzburg.

Although the hotel is air conditioned, it was not turned on on a hot night in June. This made sleep more difficult.

Very Good location and value for Money

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable.

Hotel location was in a very bad part of town. Lots of homeless people just hanging around, drinking, urinating on the street. Room had a horrible view. We assumed our room would come with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc. it did not and when we ask for shampoo, we were brought conditioner and body lotion. We contacted them again asking for shampoo and the gentleman insisted that the conditioner was shampoo, it was not. He left, them returned with liquid hand soap insisting this was shampoo, again it was not. Finally he did show up with a large full size bottle of shampoo (not sure where it came from). The air conditioning in our room barely worked, even after the hotel sent 2 different people to check it out.

Room very nice.. 20 min walk into old town but trains & buses right beside hotel so transit easy.

Hard to get wifi in room, best in lobby. Breakfast expensive but next door is MacDonaldsand coffe shop.

On the second night, because of the cold weather, the hotel management decided to switch off the air conditioning. But it makes the room become stuffy even though we got the cool air from outside.

the fitness facilities were excellent the staff was very friendly and helpful the location (right outside the train station) was perfect

the room was very cramped, we literally had to crawl onto the bed from the foot of the bed because there wasn't room to walk next to it

We needed the hotel near the train station, this is why decided to take Ramada. Its clean and good. Nice view from the breakfast restaurant.

Its overpriced (116Euro with b/fast), could have a swimming pool.

Great location on the doorstep of train and bus station. Great breakfast, fresh and massive range

Not for couples No double beds in the hotel. Twin beds not even dressed as a double, we had 2 single duvets! Dirty toilet when we got there.

The location is excellent, next door to the railway station, perfect for an early morning train. The breakfast was great, both the food and the wonderful view from the restaurant on the 6th floor that opens at 6-30am. There are 2 supermarkets a few steps from the hotel. We enjoyed a kebab at the shop at the station! As this was just a night in transit we felt is was great value for money.

The area outside of the hotel was a gathering place for some of the undesirables of Salzburg, we would not walk around here late at night.

We loved Salzburg and the stay at the Ramada was perfect - even with the rain. Walking distance to Old Town. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip

Location, location, location, security, access to the Railroad Station

No Ice Buckets, Style and size of room, staff were unfriendly, no currency exchanging had a outdated exchange rate posted but didn,t provide service, not informed of local events occurring,

Some problem with the invoice.paid cash on arrival but computer still showed unpaid in the morning.

Affordable rooms,new design, comfort of beds,location, the room was very clean.

Only english news channels and financial channels, no entertaiment english or arabic channels, no catle in the rooms and if you need one they will charge you 10 euro per night.couldnt hook up my ipad to the tv to watch movies when I asked the reception for help they said unfortanatly the system used by their cable tv provider wont allow it.

The location right next door to the Hauptbahnhof proved to be very convenient. Buses ran regularly into the Old Town and tourist areas. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I wished they had an in-hotel restaurant for other than breakfast.

very near train station and bus station, just outside! hotel outside also have a shopping mall and supermarket . staff are very good , even they have only one staff on station each time but they are very friendly and helpful !

first time walk to old town feel very far, but if you know how to walk just within 10 min. At night , some street are dark , so a little bit difficult to find the return hotel road but it is safe

The staff at the Ramada Hotel Salzburg were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk to the main tourist section of the city and is located directly across from the main train station. The location can be a bit noisy, but it is to be expected since you are next to the train station.

So good for those people using the trains and with luggage

staff are handsome and nice!like the man wear glasses and the beautiful girl。location is wonderful. If you visit hallstatt,take the150 bus in front of the hotel，transfer another bus at bad ischl（maybe wrong spell),it is very convinient
