Excellent staffs and facilities. Location is perfect, right next to the station. Our a/c didn't work and they offered another room for us immediately. |

The hotel was quite central and a pleasant walk into the centre. The hotel was very modern with beautiful bathrooms and a lovely modern reception area. It was very good value for money. The fact that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

the location is excelent ! As its a new hotel right beside the main station and bus terminal,its great for access to and from the city center @ also beside the direct bus to the airport which runs every 10 mins |

very close to the main train station, so excellent and made it very easy to jump on the trams to the airport; very friendly staff; free internet computer in the lobby; very decent room size and clean; gym & spa included in the rate breakfast not included and no WIFI |

The fitness suite, proximity to centre of town/station/public transport hub and helpful staff. Having to park in a public car park and pay extra to do so all night on an hourly charge. |

The proximity of the hotel to the main railway station and 20 minute picturesque walk to the old city was superb. Also the friendliness of the female reception staff was good. The attitude and very rude behaviour of the male atttendent at the reception desk. |

The facilities were great. The bedroom was excellent especially the bathroom. Great size. Tastefully decorated. Location was central (right besides the train station which was convenient) and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was that we requested a toothpaste and a shower cap and they did not have any. But other than that, everything was great. |

It was great! Amazing Incredible location, just walk outside the train station and there it is in the middle of a "platz", it's brand new hotel with modern confortable rooms and the rate was alzo amazing (very low for such a nice hotel). |

This is the best hotel that we stayed in during our trip. He is new and designed with good taste. The location is great because it's basically 25 seconds from the train station and still the room is very very quiet. The hotel is abut 12-15 minutes walking from the old city center or 2 minutes by bus. Salzburg is great but the hotel was the cherry that made it batter. |

the hotel, the food, the location, the reception staff - everything was excellent and very new. The room looked just like on the internet page and it was very bright. Even the billing was available in German and in English! I absolutely loved this place. |

The room accommodations were excellent- comfortable beds, air conditioned, modern bathrooms, friendly hotel staff. And very convenient location to the trains and buses. They should offer a breakfast menu other than the buffet that would be less costly.We found the price was a little steep for what was offered. I suggest having coffee/tea available in each room. |

brand new, very clean and spotless, very helpful and friendly staff a bit overpriced considering that quite rough area (Salzburg train station square), breakfast is not included and cost a fortune (14 euro), you can actually dine for that money in Salzburg! |
