Internet-yhteys katkeili puolitunneittain ja oli avattava aina uudelleen.

Saavuimme junalla Salzburgiin. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan rautatieaseman vieressä. Pääsimme nopeasti helteisestä päivästä lepäilemään ilmastoituun hotellihuoneeseen.

The young manager was the best most efficient friendly and helpful person we have found in 4 weeks of travelling Europe . a credit to his company

The location, it is not near from Old Town that is the best place for tourists.

Location. Value for money Clean and modern

Rooms were too hot. Temperature is preset and the air conditioning ineffective. Can't sleep at night with the window open due to noise from people outside and the train station across the road. Free wifi was unreliable and slow.

The location is good ,2 or 3 minutes walk from the train station at the right side and the room is clean and comfortable.

The location, very practical especially if you want to take the bus 150 to visit Hallstaat or the train to go for day trip.

The amount that I paid during check out is different from the amount mentioned by booking.com when I reserved. This is the first time I have this problem and the reception team didn't explain the reason.

Location, outside station entrance. Breakfast lots and variety of food, Clean and very functional, not too small like some hotels.Front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Shopping centre next door, lots of restaurants in area, public transport outside door to all tourist attractions. Majority of people in Austria speak enough English to be understood.

No tea or coffee facilities in room,can get a hot drink at reception at any time but have to pay. Length of corridor to get to room or lifts.

Excellent location just adjacent to the Salzburg main station, Burger King & McD. These were open till late night. Very comfortable bathroom. Staff service was quite appreciable. Breakfast very good and offered variety.

Been provided with Twin bed despite confirmation for a double bed.

Close to train station, old town, parks and castle - good for walking

Internet service is advertised, and was one of the reasons we stayed there, but it did not work and no one available on staff to repair/assist - unable to connect at all during our 3 day stay - had to take our computer with us to wi-fi hot spot several blocks away in order to use it. Very inconvenient.

Although location was good in terms of access to transport it also meant contact with less pleasant aspects of city life, I.e. drunks and beggars not the best advert for Salzburg

Room size was a little bit small.

The room was what we expected, however it would be nice if you could get something to eat in the hotel at night. If this was not possible, then the ability to at least make a hot drink would be nice, very rare that you find a hotel room without a kettle, and tea or coffee.

The train station is very close, which if your travelling is great, however they start moving trains in the small hours of the morning, and it gets very noisy. This is our only complaint , and something im cant imagine you can do anything about.

Rooms very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, good location beside train station about 15 mins walk to centre.

we had a problem with a blocked washhand basin on Friday night, the manager on duty sent up the cleaning lady who did her best but was unable to resolve the issue. The manager then rang us and informed us they could do nothing until the next morning and, as hotel was booked up, they could not offer us another room. Eventually the manager went up and unblocked the wash hand basin himself about 2 hours after we first reported the matter. We mentioned it when checking out the following morning and requested even a nominal discount for the inconvenience, the receptionist merely said there was no discount. It left a bad taste on what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

High quality and clean hotel, directly at the main train and bus station, close to the downtown. Comfortable, well deigned and well equipped room, and bathroom. Very tasty and all inclusive breakfast.

No swimming pool, no terrace.

Close to the train station. Great value. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety of thing to eat.

The hotel is located next to the train station which is very convenient for those who are traveling by train.

The reception had only one employee and no concierge staff, do we had to wait for check in and no one could help us with our luggage. Also, the hotel do not serve any meals except breakfast. We arrived in the evening and we had to get out of the hotel to find a restaurant.

4-Star hotel managed by 2-star service. I arrived at 12:45 on Easter Monday. The staff told me "Check-in time is 15:00" then put away my reservation records, without checking if a room is available. I sat at the lobby but dozed off. Then a manager came and said "No sleeping at the lobby". I said I was waiting to be checked in. He repeated his order, without bothering to check if a room can be provided. I waited until 14:00, then I saw someone being checked in. Then I came up and asked if a room was available. The staff (not the same one when I arrived) was reluctant, but checked that there was a room and checked me in. The other poor point is the shower. The water was only lukewarm and I nearly caught a cold. Therefore, I booked my next and longer stay at another hotel. This place is totally not worth it.
