The room was very modern. The floor heating in the bathroom was wonderful. The location of the hotel is perfect for traveling to Konigssee, Vienna, Munich, etc. The main drawback is no free Internet access in the room. Hotel staffs lack of knowledge regarding how to travel to Konigssee by public transport. |

Underground parking (safety), a bit far from the town center on foot but there is a taxi piazza outside of the hotel. There was no mini-bar in the room. |

The hotel staffs are very friendly and its extremely close to the train station,only 2 minutes away cos its in front of the train station. There isn't a kettle in the room for hot tea or coffee.Its a little far away from the city centre and it takes about 20-25 minutes walking time to the city centre. |

The rooms are small but well decorated. Everything looks new and clean. The fitness center, the sauna and the steam bath are excellent. Free internet in the lobby. Although the hotel is located next to the train station, the rooms are very quiet (excellent insonorization). Friendly and helpful staff. We had an extremely hot weather and the air conditioner was not enough to keep an adequate temperature in the room. The surroundings of the hotel are not very pleasant. Altough it is not critical, the old town requires a 20-25 minutes walk. |

The room was comfortable and a good size. Staff was friendly. The hotel was located close enough to walk to many of the city's sights. We were willing to reuse towels, but were unable to dry them enough to reuse. |

Please write at least 15 words Main advantage we liked about Ramada is the location. Main station is next door to Ramada which makes life so easy,esp.for international tourists. Main central bus station is opposite to Ramada, which makes it easy to go to tourist sites by bus or by walk, for those who enjoy walking.Ramada is connected to a shopping complex and has underground parking facilities. Value for money and friendly staff Good to have Cofee / Tea making facility in the room. |

The hotel is new, and really clean. Rooms look exactly the same as on pictures, not too big, but comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. You can reach the center of the city in 8-10 minutes. The neighbourhood is not the best. (It's very close to the train station, although it's quiet.) |

Very kind staff. Mind that the accomodation at the trainstation is not in the direct neighbourhood of the old city-centre of Salzburg. It is a 10 minute walk. Parking directly under the hotel. |

The rooms were well designed,clean and comfortable.the lady at gym and souna was very friendly and helpful. I was suprised when i was told that i have to pay for the slippers to use in the hotel room which is part of the accessories given by many hotels.The woman staff at the front desk are nice as long u r a guest in the hotel.when u check out u r no longer a priorty. |

Staff were very helpfull. Hotel was new and everything still felt new which was a good thing. Very good overall. No beverage facilities in the room for Tea & Coffee. |

The hotel was quite central and a pleasant walk into the centre. The hotel was very modern with beautiful bathrooms and a lovely modern reception area. It was very good value for money. The fact that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

the location is excelent ! As its a new hotel right beside the main station and bus terminal,its great for access to and from the city center @ also beside the direct bus to the airport which runs every 10 mins |

The proximity of the hotel to the main railway station and 20 minute picturesque walk to the old city was superb. Also the friendliness of the female reception staff was good. The attitude and very rude behaviour of the male atttendent at the reception desk. |
