Ramada Hotel & Suites Vienna  

Nice rooms with heated bathroom floor, good and very varied breakfast.

The wi-fi wasn't that good, barely managed to connect but not much else, although there is a PC in the lobby that you can use.

The apartment was very spacious, super breakfast, excellent location for transport. Great value for money and reasonably priced parking for Vienna.

Servicing of the room was slapdash, 3 lightbulbs needed replacing on arrival and bed not made up on second day - this aspect needs attention.

Everything: the breakfast: had a lot of options, very tasty the personnel: really helpful, very friendly, spoke our native language the room: spacious, clean, comfortable beds, the kitchenette, the sofa the bathroom: huge mirror, large shower, had everything for your personal needs I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend some time in Vienna. Though it is a bit far from the center, the subway is 3 minutes away and you can reach the major objectives in roughly 30 minutes.

No wireless in the room

Staff was kind and available. We stayed four nights and the room wasn't always perfectly cleaned. Nothing major but for what they charged I was expecting more than offered.

As the hotel is pretty big, an additional internet workstation would be useful in order to avoid to queue all the time.

People, nearness to station

The Hotel is ok, good breakfast, nice for family's. They change daily the tea and coffee facility's. Free internet in the room with cable. Close to the new G3 Shopping - PRIMARK Store.

You can reach the city center in approx. 30 min by U-bahn.

Near to the company I'm working for.

The price/performance ratio: 125 EUR/night is too expensive.

Vienna is marvellous and so tourist friendly.Would love to be back. Shops in the vicinity if you need something .

The location is a bit far from the city center though there's a metro station nearby. Do check on google maps on your walk from the Floridsdorf station to the hotel.......not everyone's very familiar about the hotel ; the info center at the station will guide you though. The locality around the hotel is not too great but the staff and room facilities at Ramada make it worth it.

Very nice room, clean, good location for visiting Viena, the metro station is at only 150 m away.Good breakfast , helpfull staff, a lot of free parking places in front of the hotel.

It was a great place and provided a very comfortable & clean luxury room. It was so satisfactory except distance, which is around 10km from the center. It is recommendable for car holders.

Very close to public transport in order to reach the center or other places. The rooms are very spacious and very clean.

Maybe paying in advance has to do with the policy of each hotel, but I was suprised to be asked for the payment in advance as long as I read on booking.com the commnets of other guests about not having to pay in advance. Anyway, in advance or in the end, this was not such a big deal, but what suprised me most is the fact they asked for cash quarantee. Somethings more that I was suprised about: not having slipers or bathrobes, not having anything else in the bath but sope and the most annoing fact was that the tv didn't work properly and we had to call the reception each day for this. I mention all this because as I have staied in other Ramada Hotels I can make a comparison between them.

Large room and bed. Fair breakfast. Heating floor in the bathroom. Good television computer system. New and very cozy.

The view was on some unrenovated facades. Indoor parking costs 12eur.

Modern, clean hotel with good connection to city centre. Absolutely everything was perfect.

Hotel is in the quite area; comfortable and clean room; nice breakfast; free parking space infront of hotel; good connections to the city centre (first you go by train, regional, one of 7 lines - coming in every 2-3 minutes; you go for 3 stations, than you change for u1 metro line and within 2 stations you are already in the centre.

It was indicated that available parking is private one only (cost acc 15euro), but actually public parking is available and it is for free.

Very nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet location with a park across the street.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, however the metro was only a few blocks away. You can reach the city center in about 20 minutes.

The room we stayed in was new and spacious, the lobby room is very nicely decorated with comfortable chairs. Bearing in mind that me and my whole family is vegetarian, I am always particularly sensitive about the quality and choice of food and I have to say that the breakfast in Ramada Vienna was by far the best breakfast I had in a hotel, they serve a huge variety of fruit, cheese, bread, jams, along with traditional non- veg cuisine. All in all, a good value for money if you do not mind the slow and incompetent staff.

The staff are not yet at all harmonized, for a hotel with four stars the service is well below average, the chance of your call being answered by the reception is about 30-40%. We had to ask twice for the carpet to be thouroughly cleaned and my friends had to change the room, as the bathroom door would not open. It took the receptionist 30 minutes to check us in. The location of the hotel is not so great, it takes you about 15 minutes to reach the center of Vienna by metro, it is in a peaceful location though, good for families.

Spacious room, friendly staff, 2 minutes walk from bus, metro, train and tramway station.. There are places to eat nearby, convenience stores, even a Mcdonals in case you need a late meal.. Breakfast was great. I think it's the first time when I didn't miss my own bed :)

The elevator button would give me a buzz every now and then, but other than that nothing to complain about.
