It was conveniently close to Vienna's international airport, the staff was amiable, the restaurant adequate (if closing too early), a nice big parking lot. We got a non-smoking room which strongly smelled of stale smoke. |

The proximity to the airport, the Marche restaurant, and the fact that I could open the window. Noise, I know now to ask to be on the back side of the hotel. |

Good price (special offer), great place when in transit, close to airport. Clean, comfy, safe. Members of the staff were most pleasant, very helpful, showed keen interest in my truly having an enjoyable stay. Great variety of food offered at on-site restaurants was totally unexpected, quite surprising for this category of hotel and also most enjoyable. The "Au Marche" in-house breakfast, booked at time of registration, 9.90 Euros (for hotel guests) is really excellent value. "Au Marche" is owned by Movenpick, the Swiss know their stuff when it comes to food and desserts. Despite being right on the Autobahn s1, in Schwechat Raststation (autobahn rest area), the interior of the rooms is very quiet, no road noise here. Theee problem, I Think hotel's mgmnt has recently been briefed, concerns lack of info given on your site as well as others seen, as to the exact location of this hotel. It's located right smack on the S1Autobahn in a regular autobahn raststation (rest area) of all unexpected places! It really needs to be explained that it is located right in Schwechat Rast Station on the east bound (or south) side of the Autobahn between exit 7 Rustenfeld and exit 10 Rannersdorf, and that for gps users its coordinates are: 48° 07' 24.06" n - 16° 26' 22.23" e Much time wasted getting there. 12Euro cost airport shuttle not shown on yr website in hotel's services description. Relocate hotel description on show map portion yr website, exact location obscured. |

It is located 10 minutes from the airport, so it was perfect for my early flight. It looks brand new and located above a restaurant. No free internet access. |

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was delicious!!!! free wifi. Probably the location (the hotel is situated in 15 min far from Vienna). But those who drive a car will not have any problems. |

Cheap rate (special offer) In the morning (before check out time), cleaning ladies are chattering too much on the corridor. |

Modern, clean and efficient. Free WiFi works well in the lobby. Easy access from the motorway. Breakfast is ample but not included and is quite expensive. Internet in rooms is not free and also quite costly. |

It is very practical for people travelling with infant/children. The Marche (restaurant) is amazing and have a great selection of food for everyone. The airport shuttle is not included in the price but they offer the service. |

for just one night it is oky...for two nights...no....if you're just passing through, it is oky, if you want to visit viena it is NOT oky....the hotel is located on the highway, and if you don't have a car to go in the center of viena it is no other way...just taxi about 30 euro!!!!!!!!!!!! the breakfast is so expansive...but right in the hotel is a market, it is burger king, it is omv so u can eat from there maybe they change the rooms...they are a littel old furniterd...the bathroom is new, it is clean, but the room it's to old. and the walls i think they are to thin cause we heard everything that our neighbors say. no mini bar in the room |

The young staff of the hotel was so kind and friendly, service minded as well. We travel quite a lot but I have difficulties to remember any other hotel staff that could be compared with this staff. They were excellent! It was a little bit concerning that on the hotel parking lot there were many cars with Romanian people. They stayed in the cars over night and cooked their breakfast there as well. Can the hotel carantie the safety of the customers´cars parked there? |

The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke good english, the rooms were neat and tidy, nothing special but good. The hotel was situated above a type of garden centre idea, the reception was situated in a vast area which incorporated a few different types of restaurants, from Burger King to Home made cooking to types of Carvery, this sort of idea, really enjoyable and spoilt for choice, prices were ok for mainland europe. Overall good and would recommend, I would stay again. The only thing I was disappointed with, was, there wasnt any airport transfer to the hotel, this cost me 25 euros. The pick up from the airport was one of the reasons I booked the hotel in the first place, The position of the hotel is not user friendly for persons who want to go sightseeing in Vienna, as its 30 euros by taxi into city, the bus does stop at the hotel but only to take you to airport whereupon you have to take two trains to city centre which ultimately costs around 23 euros. The Hotel is perfect for travellers by vehicles, it is like an updated travel lodge, if you can understand what I mean. As I said already, I would stay here again but I would travel by car not aeroplane. |

Easy to find, ideal for travellers. Friendly staff, speaking very good English. Very convenient to have restaurant/bar/Burger King on site. I could not get the air conditioning work, but I was so tired, that I did not bother to ask the staff. I sure they would have helped me. |
