simple & clean business hotel for those going through, not a leisure hotel. nothing was really wrong with this hotel. It is designed to be a 1 night transit hotel.

Clean and modern room. There is a variety of restaurants in the hotel (different price categories), which are open until 22:00. Huge, free parking. Just a few minutes to the airport by car.

it is very close to the airport... in the airport is a 24 hour gas station with full convenience store - late night bar - burger king - marche family restaurant we stayed there the night before flying out the next morning... for this, it is excellent. no minibar/refrigerator in the room. no queen size bed : only 2 double beds pushed together. a little on the "depressing side" of how quiet the hotel was ... really did not see anyone walking around....

There's free WiFi only on the lobby. If you want internet in your room you'll have to pay 5 euros and then you'll get a cable that can connect to only one device and to internet connectivity is really (reall) poor. Breakfest is overly expansive and a bit tasteless.

A surprisingly good quality stopping off point in a longer tour. Convenient for access to routes by car. Comfortable and with a good range of foods. Friendly and helpful staff.

Free Parking, and Central to a highway. We had a rental car and planned to drive around exploring Austria before boarding our cruise ship in Vienna. The hotel is about 6 Km from the airport and about 10 Km from downtown. Which worked well for us because we had a late arrival at the airport and had to drive only a few Km to Hotel S1. The hotel seems to have it's own on/off exit on the highway, probably because it is classed as a rest stop on the highway. Despite having a room that faced the highway, we never heard a sound from the highway, even when an emergency vehicle passed. My GPS did not detect the location of the hotel, so we used the next intersection on the highway as a Home Location (not the hotels fault). The WIFI is free in the lobby, but not in the rooms.

Organization of taxi did not work. In spite of reservation the taxi did not come (might be problem of taxi company).

We took a taxi. Taxi wanted to be paid cash no visa. I asked the reception desk to put my taxi bill of the taxi on my room as I had a reservation and the lady at the reception said no.

The hotel was well set up for a very isolated location. I had chosen this hotel because I believed it was close to the airport, however; for anyone travelling on public transit it was very expensive to get to the airport. Their ad on booking.com included free shuttle service to and from the airport ~ after we arrived on the free shuttle we were advised that this service is only good once and we had to pay for our return trip to the airport. It would have been more reasonable to stay in Vienna and catch the airport bus.

I give this hotel a 10 + rating! Exceptional facility, practical, clean, convenient, and my reservations were expertly done! Even in the details of my 92 year old Dad needing a handicapped room! They even gave me a room next to his with an adjoining door! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
