First of all, I liked its proximity to my doctor's consultory, as I came to Vienna for medical assistance/ I also like this hotel for its services and kindness of its staff, always ready to help. |

The location was perfect for walking distance to the town centre as well as very close to two underground stations. They did not appear to do even meals at the restaurant only breakfasts and room service. |

we liked the central location, and the old architecture the breakfast rolls were not fresh; separate bed mattresses can be annoying; there was no sofa to relax, just a single chair in a double room |

I liked a lot of the location of the hotel. It is close to the city center and almost everything that you want to see. The rooms were clean. |

The hotel was really nice, the stuff helpful. The entire stay was great, I felt great. I would certainly recommend this hotel in the future and come back again. Everything was really great. |

Internet was good. Bed was perfect for me. Room was clean. Good breakfast choice. Safe did not work, hairdryer did not work. Room was tiny. Bathroom was tiny. Luckily, I'm a very slim person otherwise I would not have been able to get into the shower. Unreliable information regarding directions into town from reception - meant left and she said 'go right'. Silly to suggest U-Bahn when you can walk to Kohlmarkt in 10 mins.Reception staff gave "couldn't care less" impression. I chose the hotel because the choice (price location) on booking.com was limited as I had booked at very short notice. |

Conveniently located hotel. Reasonable service, nothing special. I knew before booking that the hotel did not have air conditioning, but I had not realised that September in Vienna can be so hot. Temperature was really uncomfortable. |

the hotel has a good location. the room was very spacious. when I was booking I overlooked the fact that the hotel did not have air conditioning. Our stay would have been much more comfortable if the room was cooler. |

bathroom, shower and amenities were fabulous. Our room seemed unreasonably warm in the middle of summer, quite a few degrees hotter than the hallway. However, I'm sure the hotel staff would have fixed it if we had complained. Also, hotel is not very central to the main tourist attractions of Vienna. I would suggest this hotel for business travellers mainly. |
