Great location for Vienna tourists! Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet.

Wireless Internet kept dropping, not a good or fast connection.

The main person in Reception was very helpful. The others, just correct.

My room was in the first floor, with no elevator and no porter. We had to carry upstairs a heavy suitcase. There is an elevator, but for other rooms. Also, we left the towels on the floor as indicated, for them to be changed, and found them dirty and creased in the rack for us to use them again.

The hotel was so close to every where by walking distance, quite and comfortable. The receptionists were so kind and helpful. Clean rooms especially the carpets.

Pillows, need to be renewed urgently. TV was old fashioned, needed LCD. The furnitıres are very old.

At the exception of the room, everything was very good. The location is premium.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location, minutes of walk to major attractions and metro. On a quiet street.

The hotel does not have transport for pickup service.

The hotel had a central location.

There were few cafes or restaurants nearby. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the nearest cafe (not open when you might expect it to be).

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent.

The internet connection was not very stable. It was difficult to connect the connection was not very stable.

the rooms are comfortable the staff (always very helpful and polite) the location the very good overall value for money wifi the fact that this used to be Stefan Zweig's appartments ;)

Some of the staff was excellent, and very helpful. The room was lovely, incredible quiet and had an amazing bed. The location was also perfect.

The internet would periodically not work, and some of the staff was incredibly rude, especially in the evenings.

Bad smell in the room, Carpets were badly stained, Insufficient water pressure of the shower, Very slow evacuation of the bath water.

This trip is the second time we have stayed here and we liked it as well as we did last year. The location near Rathausplatz is good for getting to Christmas markets all over Vienna, and there are three within walking distance of the hotel.

Great central location, only 2 minutes from Rathauspark Christmas market and the Underground is very close too. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, TV, minibar and a great shower!

There isn't much I didn't like about this hotel. One thing maybe is that there is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, for early start or late relaxing time in the room.

Stuff was very friendly, their advices were helpful, very clean rooms, bathrobes, slippers, very quiet place, high ceilings , spacious rooms, decent breakfast,!

The staff wasn't very friendly.

Excellent older hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Central to site seeing in the district one area. Walking distance to restaurants and local history for the city. Staff helped with any and all our tourist questions, and provided us with maps for walking.

It is a nice hotel. Very clean and with a good staff. Organized and in a good position.

We liked the location, near the main attractions of the city. The room was quiet. The bed was confortable.

The room was small and the curtains were stained and did not block the light.
