Kostenloses wlan. Tiefgarage. Spa. Nicht überfüllt. Safe reicht für Laptop. Gute Weine aus Frankreich und österreich. Guter Sommelier. Das Essen war nicht exzellent aber gut. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Deluxe Room war modern und großzügig geschnitten. Zentrale Lage aber ruhig. Im Deluxe Room ist das Bad ist nur durch eine Milchglasscheibe vom Raum getrennt. State-of-the-Art Dinner-Prozedere und Zubereitung stehen nicht in einer Balance zur teilweise durchschnittlichen Zutatenqualität. Internet- Firewall blocked sehr rigoros Inhalte (Z.B. Bild-Zeitung).

Sehr nettes neues neues Spa, leider war der Außenpool wegen strömendem Regen geschlossen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, allerdings hochpreisig. Personal sehr nett, aber manchmal ein wenig unbeholfen und unaufmerksam - das wird allerdings mit viel Freundlichkeit und Humor rasch wieder wett gemacht! Die Zimmer verströmen den "Charme" der frühen Achtziger (könnte aber sein, dass nur wir eines der älteren Zimmer hatten) - hier wäre ein Relaunch dringend anzuraten. Unser Zimmer war zudem straßenseitig und sehr laut. Der Balkon erinnert ein wenig an einen Betonschacht. Alles in allem wäre meiner mMeinung nach eine Modernisierung notwendig (weg von den Einbaumöbeln, mehr Licht), um den versprochenen Standard tatsächlich zu bieten.

Die Lage war zentral und gut. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Die Einrichtung ist im 80 iger Jahre Stil, zu dunkel, alt, nicht geschmackvoll, zusammengewürfelt, nicht heimelig, ohne Herz. Der SPA Bereich ist nicht gelungen, Sauna fehlkonstruiert, zu eng hervorgerufen durch eine grosse Fensterscheibe. Saunabesucher, die sich in der Sauna auf die unterste Bank setzen möchten, quetschen sich an einer grossen Scheibe entlang. Sicheres Gehen ist nicht möglich. Der Saunabereich ist zu hellhörig und somit kein Ruhebereich. Der Innenpool ist von der Wassertemperatur zu kalt, keine Gegenstromanlage, keine Düsen. Aussenpool ist im Winter nicht geöffnet und generell zu klein.
