It is an ok hotel if you are travelling early in the morning or arriving late night to Schwechat. About 10 minutes from the airport by car, they have their own shuttle service (5euros). The price of the room is reasonable and it serves its purpose well. They must have used some extremly strong chlorine based cleaning product in the bathroom because my allergy went crazy in the bathroom. And it smelled of chlorine quite strongly as well. But my girlfriend had no problem, so it must have been my chlorine allergy.

Honesty of staff. I left money in the room at checkout. Returned to hotel 3 hours later and Reception had it there waiting for me! Quality of breakfast. Not enough pn offer for 9 eur.

A very close location to the Airport. Excellent place to spend last night before departure home after vacation. (For rental car holders, they would need to have directions to the closest gas station - to refill before car return)

The rooms are some 500m away from the reception, so you have to pull your luggage there and back for checkout (no trolley or transport organized from the hotel). Usually not an issue, but after 2 5-hours flights... As taxi is additional 30 eur, for layover at Vienna airport, consider the hotel on the airport.

It was close to the airport and the room was generally clean (apart from stinking of smoke) Firstly having walked 20 minutes from the train station with our 4 heavy bags of luggage to reach the reception for check-in, we were then told the Bed and Breakfast was in the annex down the road. The woman at the front desk was not very understanding and pointed out how with the small amount of money we were paying we were definitely not supposed to be in the main hotel. She told us that it would make us fit walking the extra distance to the other hotel (we'd just come back from a week's cycling holiday). This annex was un-manned so when the airport transfer didn't arrive the next morning (pre-arranged for the Bed and Breakfast at 6.30am) we had to make an international call to the front desk of the main hotel only to find the taxi was waiting there (more than 5 minutes walk away)by mistake. Secondly the room (despite being non-smoking) absolutely reeked of smoke

The poor customer service displayed by the Das Reinisch Staff, mainly during explanation / lack of explanation of shuttle service pick up point from Vienna Airport " Ask people at the airport " . 22 Euro's later I finally arrived at the hotel at which point the customer representative explained that the B&B is located down the road with no reference to distance, myself and another guest began to walk down the street @ 10.30pm in order to try and identify the correct building ?? All in all i strongly recommend against this property

The only advantage I find is the location (very near to the airport). There was no air conditioning system in the room, making it impossible to sleep during the night. Opening the window helped with the heat, but the noise from the nearby highway made it impossible to sleep also.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is about 10 minutes driving distance from the airport. The hotel staff can make the reservation for the taxi pick up and drop off service for you.

It was a nice hotel and the staff were very kind. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. I'll recommand this hotel for business and short stay, because it's not in the center of Viena.

Clean The address given is for the main hotel. The bed and breakfast is 200 metres Away. No help from the hotel staff with luggage to get to the bed and breakfast rooms. Free airport transfers only starts after 6am. The hotel quoted 5 € pp before that time however when I got to the airport they wanted 14 € saying that was the standard price. No fridge in the room and no aircon. It was very warm.
