Das Reinisch - Vienna Airport Hotel  

I arrived at the airport really tired after a very long trip. It was really convenient for me to come to the hotel ... and it was clear that there is a good relationship with the taxi company. I had no worries about anythin and the employees made me feel welcome and confident that my continued travels would be without problems. I slept well even though I had a difficult time adapting to the change in time.

Correct comfort and good location but still on high cost side.

Very Unfriendly receptionists! Strange system of hold money to guarantee reservation: put on hold 1 night rate, then while check-out I asked to charge that money which were putted on hold, but the reseptionist( girl) refused and asked to pay the new sum, as she does not see any hold sum, and if it is so, they will cancel the hold, but during the month! Not good hot shower!

We liked the place because it was close to the airport for a reasonable price. Very quiet and everything was clean.

as we had an early morning flight we loved the location close to the airport we had dinner in the Reinisch which was very good

Very good for the airport. Good value. Clean and efficient.

Very close to the airport with easy shuttles available upon request (therefore perfect for our purposes). The staff were pleasant and the restaurant was also lovely. The lobby is very pretty and things like free coffee/tea 24/7 makes a nice atmosphere.

Our room wasn't in the main hotel building, but in a separate building out the back with an uncovered walkway between. We were rained on several times walking to-from, and also met with three flights of stairs to carry our 50kg luggage up when we got inside. Also, there were barely any power outlets in our room, so that could be improved upon.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Room was quite new, clean and and very well maintained. Reception staff is helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast. Not the best location, but perfect for the airport. Vienna center is at 20 minutes driving. Good shuttle service from and to the airport.

Dichtbij airport gelegen, 4km/8 min.

Erg veel wisselingen van bezoekers in de nachtelijke uren. De laatste gasten komen en 1 uur 's nachts en de eerste gaan om 4 uur 's morgens.

Vicinanza all aeroporto di Vienna posizione tranquilla, parcheggio gratuito, cucina e belle camere.

Sono arrivato alle 14:30 forse presto, ma sul sito c'era scritto che il check in e possibile dalle 13, ho dovuto aspettare 30 min per la camera. Nessun problema ho fatto un giro nella zona e quando sono tornato era tutto a posto

Snídaně jako taková nebyla špatná, jen se tam o ten pult nikdo nestaral, tak že vajíčka vybraný, párečky měli lázeň ve studený vodě, a teprve po 35minutách tam jakási servírka hodila pár míchaných vajec a o kávu musíte žebrat, protože nikdo nedorazí aby se Vás zeptal zdali si nějakou dáte, žádný automat tam na kávu není. Džusy zely prázdnotou a voda k pití byla teplá. V tomto ohledu děs a hrůza.

Chambre très petite, nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. Pratique pour aéroport seulement. Dans une section de l'hotel, pas d'ascenseur, nous étions au 2 ième étage mais cela avait été mentionné à la réception. De plus, lors de note séjour de quelques heures, pas d'éclairage dans le corridor le soir (lumière défectueuse), nous avions demandé un appel de réveil (wake up call) à 4 heures am, ce qui n'a pas été fait…, par chance, nous avions aussi un cadran. Pas d,air climatisé, mais ventilateur un peu bruyant. Stationnement très serré entre les véhicule. En général acceptable, ce sont des petits inconvénients
