If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 56.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Absolutely super luxury hotel, lovely room, quiet and comfortable. Excellent helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast good evening meals. Too small car park with alternative of parking in garage which cost 10 Euros a day. |

The rooms and the spa are truly fantastic. I had imagined the hotel in the middle of nature. This was probably my misconception. In any case, the hotel is located in a nice mountain resort village. |

Zimmer mit Terasse, Hotel pool und Wellness Bereich ist sicher einer der schönsten Man wird schon beim Frühstück angebaggert ja am Abend einen Tisch zu reservieren. Abends dann war das Salatbuffet leider schlechter, als das an mancher Raststätte. Es wurden Dinge auf die Rechnung gebucht, die nicht bestellt waren. Preis/Leistung ist fast Nepp.(2 kleine Zimtapfelringe, Durchmesser 5cm, zu 11,.€ Guten Appetit. |

Er was veel ruimte, ook het zwembadgedeelte en de sauna waren zeer aangenaam. Men had veel privacy.Het restaurant was ook zeer verzorgd. |

De algehele sfeer beviel ons bijzonder goed. Het personeel was bijzonder klantgericht en beleefd. De inrichting van het hotel is zeer plezierig. De ligging vinden wij ook aantrekkelijk; rustig, net buiten het centrum van het dorp en toch op loopafstand daar vandaan. |

Yksityiskohtiaan myöten ylellisen kauniisti lämpimin värein, takoin ja aidoin tauluin sisustettu hotelli, jonka sisätiloissa silmä lepää. Loistoluokan kylpylä lukuisine saunoineen ja upea, ylellinen uima-allasosasto ovat asiakkaan käytössä maksutta. Henkilökunta on huippuluokkaa, taitavaa, ripeää ja kohteliasta. Palvelu erinomaista. Maineikkaan ravintolan hintataso ilahdutti kohtuullisuudellaan. Hotelli tarjoaa illanviettoa varten ylellisiä oleskelutiloja keskusteluun ja lasillisen nauttimiseen. Perinteinen asiakaskunta on jo iäkkäämpää ja vetäytyy päivällisen jälkeen varhain yöpuulle. Tämä ei ole ongelma, jos tiedostaa, että hotelli ei tarjoa hoitojen/kylpylän ja ruokailun jälkeen erityistä iltaohjelmaa. |
