Hotel de bonne qualité. Bien mais pas excellent , pas au niveau d'autres chaines hotellières de même niveau de prix. L'hotel a voulu nous appliquer le tarif standard.Il a fallu ( et cela a suffi ) présenter l'imprimé de réservation pour avoir le prix "booking" |

Je ne suis pas en mesure d'exprimer un point m'ayant particuliérement impressionné, désolé ! Ou alors la serviabilité des hôtesses d'accueil. pas de restaurant ! Une seule prise électrique utilisable sur le bureau (pour 2 natels et un laptop) ! Manque de bons restaurants autour de l'Hôtel |

Professionalisme irreprochable de tout le personnel. Le Concept original du Resto-Bar. Le concept petit-dejeuner (suedois + service). L'acces direct parking S.terraine-chambre + les portes d'acces hotel (cote parking) automatisees: elegant et tres accueillant! Acces gratuit piscine + sauna + salle fitness. L'emplacement et connexions transportation (voir les criteres de M. Hilt La temperature un peau trop base de l'eau dans la piscine |

Modern Design of the lobby Actually what matters me alot was that after cleaning took place they have not replaced dirty glasses by clean one , second which is more important, they have not deblock the amount of money 276.80,- Eur from my account despite my repeated request and still to this date unsettled eventhou I have paid everything by card therefore be advised to urge them to do so because this is really still disturbing me the most |

Room large, comfortable, excellent location near bus stop, mall, train, 20 minutes walk to old city center and 7 minutes by bus, breakfast good, the hotel bar is ok for price Internet is paid and is prohibitively expensive (16.9 per day), parking expensive 16 euros a day |

It was clean and the beds were comfortable and a good size. The train station is close and the main town area is within walking distance. The reception staff were very helpful. |

Hotel staff was very helpful and all spoke English very well. Hotel was clean, it is more a business class or conference center hotel, but as tourists, we always felt welcome. Breakfast buffet was very good, but they ran out of some items one morning and they were not replenished. Room was clean, not much outside noise at night. Five minutes' walk to railway station. Area around the hotel and nearby railway station seemed questionable at night, but we walked quickly and didn't encounter any problems. |

Location (just walk 3 min from train station), Big and comfort bed, wide room, good parking place Internet is not free and expensive, No coffee and water heater in the room, they didn't clean the bathroom well, the parking is not free, few staff, the breakfast is expensive and no proper choices. |

restaurant staff were helpful, also the location was good as it is near the trainstation were so many restaurants are nearby. The reception staff are not qualified. They gave me smallest room in floor while i have baby cot. we request to change and seems they are not willing to help. i have request empty plat and they charge me 4 euro and the next day they take it. when i call them they said you should clean it if you would like to keep it during your stay, she can say,, sorry and i will sent you another one , it only empty plat,, i dont recommend hotel for families with child. |

The American style breakfast was varied but it was not really of the best quality. Cooked breakfast was very overcookrdm except hash browns which were still frozen in the centre! We didn't think about trying the restaurant in the evening as we were disappointed in the quality of the breakfast.We were told we couldn't have a double room as the hotel was fully booked that night. I had booked months ago and had no communication from the hotel to tell me that a double room wasn't available. Also we were checking in quite early in the day as they allowed us to do this I didn't quibble about the room. |

Close to rail and bus station. The room was clean and they served a variety of free-breakfast. Not close to the old city center but it's just less than 10 mimutes to get there by bus. There was no warm soup in the breakfast menu. |

The staff was very helpful and Friendly, the beds were great, breakfast was wonderful and bathrooms were clean. The pillows had stains on them. |

Location good recommended an excellent restaurant seven miniutes walk from Hotel car park location excellent with lift up to your floor Booked accomodation with Breakfast to be told I had not. I told them I always booked hotels with Booking.com and never had a problem before. |
