A first class hotel which has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.The staff are very proffessional and friendly The location is not ideal. |

Easy access to underground system. Excellent restaurant for dinner. All staff spoke English. Swimming pool. Smoking is permitted in the hotel bar. |

Good location and super staff with a high standard of finish and decor to the rooms. Principal negative point is the fact that, as at many other hotels nowadays, there is no longer a tea making facility in the room. For an Englishman, this is a catastrophe. |

Liked the price and the hotel staff where very helpful. Also the fact that the subway station was right next to the hotel. I think the rooms need renovation. They have the feel of the hotel 15 years ago which is maybe why I thought they were not so clean. No lcd tv in the rooms which is a standard in other 5star hotel rooms. Bathtub could definitely be replaced. |

Staff very helpful, excellent buffet breakfast, we stayed in a club room which included free parking which was very useful for us. Very comfortable room. Decor a bit tired - it's in need of a refurb - but still an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. |

Clean, efficient, welcoming staff, very helpful, they had an iron and a convertor plug for me too!! Nice small pool - tiny gym but they still had one!! Close to the Subway and inexpensive via taxi - close to central Vienna The surrounding area was not as beautiful as the rest of Vienna, very built up and a little dull, but the town centre literally 5 mins away made up for this |
