The Gym was absolutely below expectation. Actually, I booked for 3 days but left after one day simply because of the poorly equipped Gym.

Did not have breakfast as we thought 25euros a head expensive.You would have to eat alot for that.

The barman was rude (Gregor), the room temperature was too high and the air conditioning would not work, the personal requests made were not completed and it ruined valentines day as far as the hotel was concerned. Worst thing though was that when booked it said breakfast was included in the price via the booking.com website however on arrival there was a charge of €25 per person per day for breakfast. Vastly over priced!

Rooms with large space. Location very well near the center of Vienna, the best restaurant and good indoor pool Curtains and upholstery of the floor are to be changed that are old and not aesthetic

They abuse with internet prices. They had billed us a priori with fraud, in times when we were out of the room.4 Times from 19.99 euro internet. So we left with a super inflated bill, internet 80 euros plus when we used only 4 euro in the lobby for 30 minutes. Was very ugly because they did not know to give explanations. Short this hotel stole us

I liked almost everything. The staff is really nice, in both reception and services. The facilities are very good. The swimming pool is a plus for chlldren when the weather is not good outside. Food is delicious both in the restaurant and room service. Breakfast is huge. The internet works really well. I used several of the hotel services and none of them was really expansive or overpriced.

The location. Schonbrunn is not that close and the city center is at least 6 subway stations away. The neighborhood is really bad and there are no options to eat decently or buy something around the hotel, but the hotel itself can provide for almost all your needs at reasonable prices.

This is the best hotel I ever lived in my life! Beds are perfect, very good spa and sauna, food was rich and tasty.

No free wifi and the paid wifi is far too expensive (16EUR/day). Not central location but convenient to reach everything by metro.

I liked the location as it was very easy to get around and the u4 is a good line to be on. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety, i particuraly liked the make your own omlette and waffle section!

The hotel had no charcter and as we were young couple on a romantic getaway the hotel felt very business like and the decor was quite gharish, it definitely was not a young, 'trendy' hotel. I thought it was quite poor that as guests we did not get free wifi in our rooms let alone in the reception area and we were also charged a ridiculous amount for a mug of hot water and a slice of lemon! Tea and coffee facilities should definitely be available in a 4 star hotel...the 'spa' facilities were not great at all - a tiny steam room which smelt very bad and the pool was freezing. We predominatly chose the hotel over others as we wanted spa facilities and to relax after a long day of sightseeing by we had to resort to going to other hotels for these facilties.

Charging for wi fi while in most hotels nowadays is free+ Not having even one bottol of water in the room as complementary while the fridge is empty of any water or drink or any thing.

We liked everything about this hotel - the stuff was very helpful and polite, breakfast's great, 1 min from metro station.

Very pleasant, comfortable hotel. Great all round. Location is right opposite a metro station (15 minutes to the city centre) so very convenient for getting around town and yet away from the noise and bustle of downtown.

No kettle in room for boiling water.

Good location near metro station. Pool is long enough to be able to swim.

Excellent hospitality, in small details- cleaning for you glassshield on car, small chocolades in bed, recepits for apfel strudel, excellent breakfast and people. It belongs to 4* meriott chain but comparing to Budapest Merriot 5*- IS MUCH. BETTER!! I think it is actually on 5* star level hotel dont know why it soesnt have it

Friendly and approachable staff. Availability of airport transfer (could be cheaper though)

Gym and saunas were too small. Gym did not have weightlifting equipment (barbells, squat racks, etc), so it wasn't useful at all to me.

Swimming pool on rooftop is great, with the sauna and steam bath which allow to go out on the terrace to freshen up looking at the city !
