A személyzet kedvessége és segítőkészsége példamutatató. Közlekedés szempontjából kiváló. Közel a Schönbrunni kastély gyalog is és a metró a szállodával szemben van, mellyel a belváros 5 percre található. A wellness részlegen a medence nem túl nagy és hideg vizű. |

A város könnyen elérhető, pár megálló metróval (Just a few stops with subway from the city). A panoráma medence és a szauna kiváló (The panorama pool and the sauna is perfect). Segítőkész, barátságos személyzet (Helpful and friendly staff). Ha legközelebb Bécsbe utazom, nem is keresek másik szállást (Next time, when I travel to Vienna, I will not search any other Hotel). |

Good location and super staff with a high standard of finish and decor to the rooms. Principal negative point is the fact that, as at many other hotels nowadays, there is no longer a tea making facility in the room. For an Englishman, this is a catastrophe. |

Liked the price and the hotel staff where very helpful. Also the fact that the subway station was right next to the hotel. I think the rooms need renovation. They have the feel of the hotel 15 years ago which is maybe why I thought they were not so clean. No lcd tv in the rooms which is a standard in other 5star hotel rooms. Bathtub could definitely be replaced. |

Staff very helpful, excellent buffet breakfast, we stayed in a club room which included free parking which was very useful for us. Very comfortable room. Decor a bit tired - it's in need of a refurb - but still an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. |
